L&#8217;augment de dimensi\u00f3 permet accedir a preus de compra de primeres mat\u00e8ries en condicions m\u00e9s beneficioses, guanyar quota de mercat internacional, afrontar s\u00f2lidament inversions que requereixen una producci\u00f3 m\u00ednima important, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\">L&#8217;altre gran repte \u00e9s <strong>la successi\u00f3 de l&#8217;empresa,<\/strong> ja sigui per manca d&#8217;una segona generaci\u00f3 o per la fragmentaci\u00f3 del grup familiar, pel lideratge a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, o altres raons que impliquen canvis generacionals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\">Una possible alternativa \u00e9s plantejar-se la compravenda d&#8217;empreses amb visi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica.
