seleccionats per la seva rellev\u00e0ncia especial per a les empreses del sector.<\/strong><\/p><h5 data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1073\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Panorama europeu: una recuperaci\u00f3 lenta per\u00f2 ferma<\/h5><p data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1577\">Despr\u00e9s de la contracci\u00f3 acumulada entre el 2023 i el 2024, el mercat europeu de la construcci\u00f3 inicia una etapa d&#8217; <strong data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1247\">estabilitzaci\u00f3 amb previsions de creixement del 2% per al 2025<\/strong> . Tot i que la recuperaci\u00f3 resulta m\u00e9s lenta del que es preveia, la tend\u00e8ncia apunta a un aven\u00e7 sostingut impulsat per la inversi\u00f3 p\u00fablica.<\/p><p data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1577\">Fran\u00e7a mant\u00e9 un comportament estable, It\u00e0lia avan\u00e7a amb lentitud i <strong data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1544\">Alemanya continua condicionada per la debilitat estructural del mercat intern<\/strong> i la menor demanda industrial.<\/p><p data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1790\">Espanya, en canvi, es consolida com un dels mercats m\u00e9s s\u00f2lids d&#8217;Europa, amb <strong data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1714\">una previsi\u00f3 de creixement del 2,2% per al 2025<\/strong> , sustentada a l&#8217;edificaci\u00f3 residencial i la inversi\u00f3 en rehabilitaci\u00f3.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1860\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Espanya: l&#8217;edificaci\u00f3 residencial impulsa el creixement<\/h5><p data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"2151\">El <strong data-start=\"1864\" data-end=\"1906\">sector residencial lidera l&#8217;activitat<\/strong> amb increments estimats entre el 10% i el 20% i en refor\u00e7a el paper com a motor principal de la ind\u00fastria. El repte m\u00e9s significatiu ser\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2088\">executar els 140.000 habitatges en curs<\/strong> , en un context marcat per la manca de talent qualificat.<\/p><p data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2568\">En paral\u00b7lel, el <strong data-start=\"2169\" data-end=\"2233\">sector no residencial mostra senyals de forta reactivaci\u00f3<\/strong> , amb un augment previst d&#8217;entre el 10% i el 15% a la producci\u00f3. Aquest dinamisme s\u201fexplica per la solidesa del sector hoteler, especialment en el segment de luxe, i per l\u201fexpansi\u00f3 de l\u201factivitat log\u00edstica i comercial lligada al comer\u00e7 electr\u00f2nic. Els <strong data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2567\">centres de dades emergeixen com un dels n\u00ednxols de major creixement<\/strong> .<\/p><h5 data-start=\"2575\" data-end=\"2641\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Rehabilitaci\u00f3: efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i materials avan\u00e7ats<\/h5><p data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"3025\">La rehabilitaci\u00f3 mant\u00e9 un comportament estable, amb nivells d&#8217;activitat superiors als del 2019, impulsats per l&#8217; <strong data-start=\"2765\" data-end=\"2815\">efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica a l&#8217;\u00e0mbit residencial<\/strong> . Destaca la consolidaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00fas de <strong data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2910\">SATE (Sistema d&#8217;A\u00efllament T\u00e8rmic per l&#8217;Exterior)<\/strong> , vidres de control solar, fusteries d&#8217;altes prestacions (PVC o alumini) i sistemes de ventilaci\u00f3 mec\u00e0nica.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"3032\" data-end=\"3092\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Mat\u00e8ries primeres: preus sostinguts i noves pressions<\/h5><p data-start=\"3093\" data-end=\"3543\">Les mat\u00e8ries primeres clau per a la construcci\u00f3 mostren una <strong data-start=\"3153\" data-end=\"3182\">tend\u00e8ncia general a l&#8217;al\u00e7a<\/strong> .<br data-start=\"3183\" data-end=\"3186\"> L&#8217; <strong data-start=\"3189\" data-end=\"3212\">alumini i el coure<\/strong> mantenen preus elevats a causa de la demanda associada a l&#8217;electrificaci\u00f3 i la transici\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica.
