justificar l&#8217;exempci\u00f3 aplicable<\/strong> .<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13d617af elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"13d617af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria ha em\u00e8s una Nota Informativa on explica com s&#8217;aplica a la pr\u00e0ctica, a partir de l&#8217; <strong>1 de gener de 2026<\/strong> , el <strong>Mecanisme d&#8217;Ajust a Frontera per Carboni (CBAM)<\/strong> a les importacions a la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/p><p>Des d&#8217;aquesta data, quan una empresa importi productes subjectes al CBAM, haur\u00e0 d&#8217; <strong>indicar expressament a la declaraci\u00f3 de duanes<\/strong> si est\u00e0 autoritzada per importar sota aquest mecanisme o si s&#8217;acull a alguna de les exempcions previstes. Aix\u00f2 es far\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant un <strong>codi espec\u00edfic<\/strong> que s&#8217;inclou al DUA. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Obligacions de l&#8217;empresa importadora<\/strong><\/h5><p>A la declaraci\u00f3 d&#8217;importaci\u00f3, l&#8217;empresa haur\u00e0 d&#8217;introduir <strong>un dels codis CBAM<\/strong> definits per la normativa. El m\u00e9s habitual ser\u00e0 el que identifica els <strong>importadors autoritzats<\/strong> , que exigeix \u200b\u200bdisposar d&#8217;un <strong>compte CBAM<\/strong> . <\/p><p>No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha <strong>codis alternatius<\/strong> per a situacions concretes, com ara importacions de petit volum, determinats or\u00edgens especials o per\u00edodes transitoris per a empreses que encara estiguin tramitant la seva autoritzaci\u00f3.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Per\u00edodes d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 o exempcions<\/strong><\/h5><p>La normativa contempla <strong>exempcions i r\u00e8gims transitoris<\/strong> , per exemple, per a importadors que encara no tenen l&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3 CBAM, per\u00f2 ja l&#8217;han sol\u00b7licitada, o per als que importen volums redu\u00efts. Aquestes opcions es deixaran d&#8217;aplicar progressivament al llarg del 2026. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Resum de codis CBAM m\u00e9s habituals<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li><strong>Y128 \u2013 Importador autoritzat CBAM<\/strong> . Codi general. Es fa servir quan l&#8217;empresa ja disposa de compte CBAM. \u00c9s l&#8217;\u00fanic codi el n\u00famero del qual es valida <strong>autom\u00e0ticament<\/strong> a nivell UE.   <\/li><li><strong>Y238 \u2013 Autoritzaci\u00f3 CBAM sol\u00b7licitada, encara no concedida<\/strong> . Per a importadors que han sol\u00b7licitat l&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3 CBAM abans del despatx, per\u00f2 encara no en tenen. Aplicable fins al 31\/03\/2026 (amb r\u00e8gim transitori fins al setembre del 2026).  <\/li><li><strong>Y137 \u2013 Importacions de petit volum<\/strong> . Per a importadors no autoritzats que importen menys de 50 tones <strong>anuals<\/strong> de mercaderies CBAM. <\/li><li><strong>Y135 \/ Y136 \/ Y237 \u2013 Exempcions espec\u00edfiques<\/strong> . Aplicables nom\u00e9s en els sup\u00f2sits concrets previstos al Reglament CBAM. <\/li><li><strong>Y134 \u2013 Or\u00edgens exclosos<\/strong> .
