class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>La UE i el Regne Unit negocien una revisi\u00f3 de la seva relaci\u00f3 despr\u00e9s del Brexit, amb l&#8217;objectiu de donar m\u00e9s estabilitat als acords que s&#8217;assoleixin. Aquest proc\u00e9s introdueix q\u00fcestions rellevants en termes de marc normatiu i de planificaci\u00f3 comercial. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49077151 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"49077151\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6c977a5c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6c977a5c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>En qu\u00e8 consisteix el denominat \u201cBrexit reset\u201d<\/strong><\/h5><p>El denominat \u201cBrexit reset\u201d \u00e9s el proc\u00e9s pel qual el Regne Unit pret\u00e9n ajustar la seva relaci\u00f3 amb la UE despr\u00e9s de la sortida del bloc, sense plantejar tornar enrere al Brexit. L&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia <strong>es basa en acords concrets per sectors<\/strong> <strong>orientats a reduir traves operatives<\/strong> i facilitar els intercanvis comercials en \u00e0mbits determinats. <\/p><p>Les converses se centren en \u00e0rees com ara el comer\u00e7 agroalimentari, els controls sanitaris i fitosanitaris, l&#8217;energia i alguns aspectes de coordinaci\u00f3 regulat\u00f2ria. A la pr\u00e0ctica, aquests acords requereixen <strong>cert grau d&#8217;alineaci\u00f3 normativa<\/strong> , cosa que fa necessari comptar amb regles clares i estables per aplicar-les. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Preocupacions de la UE sobre la continu\u00eftat<\/strong><\/h5><p>Per a la UE, el principal risc del proc\u00e9s no \u00e9s tant el contingut dels acords com la <strong>possible reversi\u00f3 en el futur<\/strong> . L&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia dels darrers anys ha portat Brussel\u00b7les a actuar amb cautela davant de possibles canvis en l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica del Regne Unit despr\u00e9s de futures eleccions. <\/p><p>En aquest context, <strong>la UE planteja incorporar cl\u00e0usules de salvaguarda<\/strong> que obliguin a compensar l?altra part si un Govern decideix retirar-se dels acords de manera unilateral. Aquestes cl\u00e0usules busquen <strong>reduir l&#8217;impacte d&#8217;eventuals canvis pol\u00edtics<\/strong> , defensats per sectors cr\u00edtics amb una aproximaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s gran a la UE, com els vinculats a Nigel Farage. <\/p><p>Des del punt de vista comunitari, aquestes disposicions no impedeixen abandonar un acord, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que <strong>introdueixen costos associats a aquesta decisi\u00f3<\/strong> , especialment en sectors on l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 dels acords exigeix \u200b\u200binversions pr\u00e8vies en controls, sistemes o infraestructures.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Implicacions per a les empreses europees<\/strong><\/h5><p>Per a les empreses europees que exporten al Regne Unit, el \u201cBrexit reset\u201d pot suposar una <strong>reducci\u00f3 de tr\u00e0mits i friccions comercials<\/strong> en determinats sectors. Tot i aix\u00f2, el debat al voltant de les cl\u00e0usules de salvaguarda posa en relleu que l&#8217; <strong>estabilitat del marc regulador continua sent un element clau<\/strong> . <\/p><p>En aquest escenari, \u00e9s recomanable que les empreses continu\u00efn incorporant el risc pol\u00edtic i normatiu en la planificaci\u00f3 comercial, contractual i log\u00edstica, mantenint la flexibilitat necess\u00e0ria per adaptar-se a possibles canvis en les condicions d&#8217;acc\u00e9s al mercat
