<\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La Directiva (UE) 2023\/970 <strong>haur\u00e0 de ser transposada als ordenaments nacionals abans del 7 de juny de 2026<\/strong> , data a partir de la qual comen\u00e7aran a aplicar-se de forma efectiva les principals obligacions.  <\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">  La norma persegueix eliminar el secretisme salarial i dotar les persones treballadores i candidates de m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre els sistemes retributius.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p><h5><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Calendari d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 segons la mida de l&#8217;empresa<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de les obligacions no ser\u00e0 immediata ni uniforme, sin\u00f3 que seguir\u00e0 un calendari progressiu en funci\u00f3 del nombre de persones peri\u00f2dicament informaci\u00f3 sobre les bretxes salarials existents en la seva organitzaci\u00f3.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p><h5><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Principals obligacions pr\u00e0ctiques per a les empreses<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La Directiva introdueix un conjunt d&#8217;obligacions concretes que afecten tant els processos de selecci\u00f3 com la gesti\u00f3 interna de la retribuci\u00f3.
