class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>El Parlament Europeu ha decidit paralitzar la tramitaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;acord comercial entre la UE i els EUA com a resposta a les amenaces del president nord-americ\u00e0 sobre Groenl\u00e0ndia i l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;aranzels com a instrument de pressi\u00f3, i ha deixat en suspens la seva aplicaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d8eeae8 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"1d8eeae8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El <strong>Parlament Europeu<\/strong> , a trav\u00e9s de la seva <strong>Comissi\u00f3 de Comer\u00e7 Internacional<\/strong> , ha acordat  <strong>suspendre la feina legislativa necess\u00e0ria per ratificar l&#8217;acord comercial UE-EE. UU. <\/strong>, aconseguit pol\u00edticament el passat estiu. La decisi\u00f3 ha estat comunicada pel president de la comissi\u00f3, Bernd Lange, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una reuni\u00f3 dels representants dels principals grups pol\u00edtics. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Motius de la paralitzaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5><p>L&#8217;Eurocambra justifica aquesta mesura per les <strong>amenaces reiterades del president dels Estats Units contra Groenl\u00e0ndia i Dinamarca<\/strong> , aix\u00ed com per l&#8217;anunci de <strong>nous aranzels a diversos pa\u00efsos europeus<\/strong> . Segons el Parlament, aquestes actuacions <strong>soscaven l&#8217;estabilitat, la previsibilitat i la confian\u00e7a en les relacions comercials transatl\u00e0ntiques<\/strong> , en utilitzar els aranzels com a mecanisme de coerci\u00f3 pol\u00edtica. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Qu\u00e8 queda en suspens<\/strong><\/h5><p>L&#8217;anomenat <strong>Acord de Turnberry<\/strong> preveia, entre altres elements, l&#8217; <strong>eliminaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aranzels per als productes industrials nord-americans<\/strong> que entren a la UE i l&#8217;establiment de contingents aranzelaris per a determinats productes agroalimentaris. A canvi, els Estats Units mantenien un aranzel del 15% sobre la majoria de les exportacions europees. <\/p><p>Amb la decisi\u00f3 del Parlament, <strong>la UE no implementar\u00e0 la seva part de l&#8217;acord<\/strong> , ja que la ratificaci\u00f3 parlament\u00e0ria \u00e9s un pas imprescindible per entrar en vigor.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Situaci\u00f3 actual i propers passos<\/strong><\/h5><p>La suspensi\u00f3 <strong>no \u00e9s definitiva<\/strong> , per\u00f2 es mantindr\u00e0 <strong>fins que cessin les amenaces<\/strong> i els EUA mostrin voluntat de reprendre una via de cooperaci\u00f3. Mentrestant, l&#8217;acord <strong>no entra en vigor<\/strong> i la tramitaci\u00f3 queda congelada sine die. <\/p><p>Paral\u00b7lelament, la Comissi\u00f3 de Comer\u00e7 del Parlament ha anunciat que sol\u00b7licitar\u00e0 a la Comissi\u00f3 Europea <strong>l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 del mecanisme anticoerci\u00f3<\/strong> , cosa que obre la porta a possibles mesures de resposta si la situaci\u00f3 s&#8217;agreuja.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Impacte per a les relacions comercials<\/strong><\/h5><p>La decisi\u00f3 introdueix un <strong>nou factor d&#8217;incertesa<\/strong> en les relacions comercials entre la UE i els EUA, que continuen sent un dels eixos principals del comer\u00e7 internacional. Fins que el Parlament Europeu reactivi la tramitaci\u00f3, <strong>l&#8217;acord continua bloquejat i sense efectes jur\u00eddics plens<\/strong> . <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element
