class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>La Comissi\u00f3 Europea presenta el vint paquet de sancions contra R\u00fassia, que amplia les restriccions en els \u00e0mbits de l&#8217;energia, els serveis financers i el comer\u00e7, aix\u00ed com mesures addicionals per evitar l&#8217;elusi\u00f3 de sancions.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44bad55b elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"44bad55b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7109ca5e elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>El 20\u00e8 paquet de sancions es troba actualment en fase de proposta per part de la Comissi\u00f3 Europea.<\/strong>  Per a la seva entrada en vigor, les mesures han de ser aprovades formalment pel Consell de la Uni\u00f3 Europea i publicades al Diari Oficial. L&#8217;abast definitiu, inclosos els llistats t\u00e8cnics i els possibles codis de producte afectats, es coneixer\u00e0 una vegada adoptat el reglament corresponent. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Noves sancions a l&#8217;exportaci\u00f3 de b\u00e9ns i serveis<\/strong><\/h5><p>El paquet incorpora <strong>noves prohibicions a l&#8217;exportaci\u00f3 cap a R\u00fassia<\/strong> que afecten tant b\u00e9ns industrials com serveis especialitzats, entre els quals s&#8217;inclouen:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Productes de cautx\u00fa<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Tractors i determinats equips industrials<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Serveis de ciberseguretat<\/strong> .<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Aix\u00ed mateix, es reforcen les <strong>restriccions a l&#8217;exportaci\u00f3 de b\u00e9ns i tecnologies utilitzats en l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 militar rus<\/strong> , incloent-hi <strong>materials emprats en la fabricaci\u00f3 d&#8217;explosius<\/strong> i altres productes sensibles.<\/p><p>Aquestes mesures se sumen a les restriccions ja existents sobre b\u00e9ns de doble \u00fas i tecnologies avan\u00e7ades, tot ampliant l&#8217;abast del control sobre els fluxos d&#8217;exportaci\u00f3 des de la Uni\u00f3 Europea cap a R\u00fassia.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Mesures per prevenir exportacions indirectes i el\u00b7lusi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5><p>Amb l&#8217;objectiu de refor\u00e7ar l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia del r\u00e8gim sancionador, la Comissi\u00f3 activar\u00e0 per primera vegada l&#8217; <strong>instrument anticircumvenci\u00f3 (\u201canti-circumvention\u201d)<\/strong> . Aquesta eina permetr\u00e0 <strong>prohibir l&#8217;exportaci\u00f3 de determinats productes a tercers pa\u00efsos<\/strong> quan hi hagi un alt risc que siguin <strong>reexportats posteriorment a R\u00fassia<\/strong> . <\/p><p>En aquest marc, es preveu la prohibici\u00f3 d&#8217;exportar:<\/p><ul><li><strong>M\u00e0quines de control num\u00e8ric (CNC)<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>R\u00e0dios i equips de comunicaci\u00f3<\/strong> .<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Aquestes restriccions s&#8217;aplicaran espec\u00edficament a jurisdiccions identificades com d&#8217; <strong>alt risc de reexportaci\u00f3<\/strong> , introduint un control addicional sobre les exportacions indirectes.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Restriccions addicionals a la importaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5><p>El paquet tamb\u00e9 inclou <strong>noves prohibicions a la importaci\u00f3 des de R\u00fassia<\/strong> , que afecten a:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Metalls<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Productes qu\u00edmics<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Minerals cr\u00edtics<\/strong> no inclosos fins ara als r\u00e8gims sancionadors.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> A m\u00e9s, es proposa <strong>un sistema de quotes per a les importacions d&#8217;amon\u00edac<\/strong> , amb l&#8217;objectiu de limitar els volums actualment importats.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Altres mesures complement\u00e0ries<\/strong><\/h5><p>El nou paquet es completa amb:<\/p><ul><li>L&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 de sancions a l&#8217; <strong>\u00e0mbit energ\u00e8tic<\/strong> , inclosa la prohibici\u00f3 de serveis mar\u00edtims per al transport de cru rus, condicionada a una decisi\u00f3 del G7.<\/li><li>Noves mesures contra la denominada \u201cflota a l&#8217;ombra\u201d, amb la inclusi\u00f3 de 43 <strong>vaixells<\/strong> addicionals a la llista de sancions.<\/li><li>Restriccions addicionals al <strong>sistema bancari rus<\/strong> ia <strong>canals alternatius de pagament<\/strong> , incloses mesures relacionades amb criptomonedes.<\/li><li>Salvaguardes legals refor\u00e7ades per protegir les empreses de la UE davant de <strong>vulneracions de drets de propietat intel\u00b7lectual<\/strong> o expropiacions derivades de resolucions judicials abusives a R\u00fassia.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
