class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Espanya refor\u00e7a els controls sobre determinats productes importats procedents de pa\u00efsos tercers, entre els quals hi ha productes el\u00e8ctrics d&#8217;\u00fas dom\u00e8stic. La mesura estableix verificacions pr\u00e8vies al despatx duaner per garantir conformitat normativa. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-301b737b elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"301b737b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bbdb52c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6bbdb52c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Refor\u00e7 del control en importacions<\/strong><\/h5><p>El <strong>Reial decret 330\/2008, de 29 de febrer<\/strong> , estableix mesures per refor\u00e7ar el control de determinats productes industrials importats des de tercers pa\u00efsos abans de la seva entrada al mercat espanyol. La norma s&#8217;orienta a assegurar que aquests productes compleixen les normes aplicables en mat\u00e8ria de seguretat i etiquetatge al mercat comunitari. <\/p><p>El Reial decret s&#8217;adopta en el marc del Reglament (CEE) n\u00fam. 339\/93 relatiu als controls de conformitat de productes importats i respon a l&#8217;increment de notificacions de productes perillosos detectats al sistema europeu d&#8217;alerta r\u00e0pida RAPEX, especialment en mercaderies procedents de pa\u00efsos tercers.<\/p><h5><strong>Impacte en productes el\u00e8ctrics<\/strong><\/h5><p>Entre els productes inclosos en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de control figuren <strong>diversos equips el\u00e8ctrics d&#8217;\u00fas dom\u00e8stic<\/strong> , com ara interruptors, portal\u00e0mpades, clavilles i preses de corrent, aix\u00ed com connexions i elements de contacte per a cables el\u00e8ctrics.<\/p><p>Aquests productes s&#8217;han de sotmetre a controls de conformitat abans del seu despatx duaner per verificar que compleixen els requisits de seguretat i etiquetatge exigits al mercat europeu. Aquest aspecte \u00e9s especialment rellevant per a empreses industrials vinculades a la fabricaci\u00f3, distribuci\u00f3 o comercialitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;equipament el\u00e8ctric. <\/p><h5><strong>Control previ al despatx duaner<\/strong><\/h5><p>La normativa estableix que les actuacions de control es realitzaran <strong>amb car\u00e0cter previ al despatx a lliure pr\u00e0ctica a duanes<\/strong> , a trav\u00e9s del Servei d&#8217;Inspecci\u00f3 SOIVRE de les direccions territorials i provincials de Comer\u00e7.<\/p><p>Les inspeccions poden incloure controls documentals i, quan escaigui, controls f\u00edsics amb presa de mostres o assaigs en laboratori per verificar les caracter\u00edstiques del producte, aix\u00ed com el marcatge i l&#8217;etiquetatge.<\/p><p>Quan la mercaderia compleixi els requisits exigits s&#8217;emetr\u00e0 un N\u00famero de Refer\u00e8ncia Complet (NRC), necessari per continuar amb el despatx duaner. En cas contrari, el producte podr\u00e0 ser declarat no conforme, cosa que impedir\u00e0 el seu despatx o requerir\u00e0 la correcci\u00f3 de les irregularitats detectades. <\/p><h5><strong>Obligacions per als importadors<\/strong><\/h5><p>Els importadors han de <strong>notificar pr\u00e8viament les operacions d&#8217;importaci\u00f3<\/strong> a la direcci\u00f3 territorial o provincial de comer\u00e7 corresponent, i han d&#8217;aportar informaci\u00f3 sobre la mercaderia, el fabricant, l&#8217;origen, el transport i altres dades necess\u00e0ries per a la inspecci\u00f3.<\/p><p>Aix\u00ed mateix, han de facilitar la documentaci\u00f3, els registres o els certificats que acreditin el compliment de la normativa de seguretat aplicable als productes inclosos en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit del Reial decret.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
