secci\u00f3 301 de la Llei de comer\u00e7 de 1974 contra diverses economies, incloent-hi la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a34035f elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"2a34035f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span la demanda dom\u00e8stica o global. Argumenten que aquest exc\u00e9s de capacitat genera: <\/p><ul><li><strong>Sobreproducci\u00f3<\/strong> i excedents comercials massius o persistents.<\/li><li>Utilitzaci\u00f3 ineficient de la capacitat industrial.<\/li><li>Un <strong>despla\u00e7ament de la producci\u00f3 dom\u00e8stica nord-americana<\/strong> i una manca d&#8217;inversi\u00f3 a les seves f\u00e0briques.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Sectors sota escrutini<\/strong><\/h5><p>La USTR ha identificat un conjunt de sectors que considera <strong>&#8220;plagats per l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de capacitat i la producci\u00f3&#8221;<\/strong> a nivell mundial.<\/p><p>Dins de la investigaci\u00f3, la USTR assenyala la UE i els Estats membres espec\u00edfics per liderar super\u00e0vits comercials en categories particulars:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Uni\u00f3 Europea (en general):<\/strong> S&#8217;investiguen principalment les seves exportacions de <strong>productes qu\u00edmics i relacionats<\/strong> , <strong>maquin\u00e0ries<\/strong> i <strong>vehicles<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Alemanya:<\/strong> \u00c9s assenyalada per les seves exportacions en <strong>Autom\u00f2bils i autoparts<\/strong> , <strong>Maquin\u00e0ria<\/strong> , <strong>Equip electr\u00f2nic<\/strong> , <strong>Productes farmac\u00e8utics<\/strong> , <strong>Productes qu\u00edmics<\/strong> .<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> La USTR inclou en la seva &#8220;llista il\u00b7lustrativa&#8221; de sectors afectats per l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de capacitat els conceptes espec\u00edfics seg\u00fcents:<\/p><ul><li><strong>M\u00e0quines-eina ( <em>Machine tools<\/em> ):<\/strong> Identificades com un sector globalment &#8220;plagat&#8221; per la sobreproducci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Maquin\u00e0ria general:<\/strong> Citada com un dels motors principals del super\u00e0vit comercial de la <strong>Uni\u00f3 Europea<\/strong> , <strong>Alemanya<\/strong> , <strong>Su\u00efssa<\/strong> i <strong>Noruega<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Rob\u00f2tica:<\/strong> Esmentada com un sector cr\u00edtic on els EUA consideren que han perdut capacitat davant de competidors estrangers.<\/li><li><strong>Equip de transport:<\/strong> Inclou maquin\u00e0ria pesada, <strong>equip ferroviari<\/strong> , <strong>vaixells, vaixells i embarcacions<\/strong> .<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> L&#8217;objectiu final: Nous Aranzels<\/strong><\/h5><p>Aquesta acci\u00f3 \u00e9s vista com el <strong>&#8220;Pla B&#8221; de l&#8217;administraci\u00f3 Trump<\/strong> per reconstruir el seu &#8220;mur aranzelari&#8221; despr\u00e9s que decisions de la Cort Suprema invalidessin aranzels globals previs.
