Per als sectors de maquin\u00e0ria i b\u00e9ns d&#8217;equip, els avantatges se centren en l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de costos aranzelaris, la reducci\u00f3 de duplicitats t\u00e8cniques i les facilitats operatives per al servei postvenda. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47d08a0c elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"47d08a0c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3e0662 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b3e0662\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Aranzels i Acc\u00e9s al Mercat<\/strong><\/h5><p>El benefici m\u00e9s immediat \u00e9s la supressi\u00f3 dels drets de duana que graven les exportacions industrials:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Maquin\u00e0ria i b\u00e9ns d&#8217;equip:<\/strong> S&#8217;eliminaran els aranzels que actualment arriben fins al <strong>5%<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Equips el\u00e8ctrics i electr\u00f2nics:<\/strong> Es beneficiaran de l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 general d&#8217;aranzels per gaireb\u00e9 el <strong>100% de les exportacions de b\u00e9ns de la UE<\/strong> en finalitzar els per\u00edodes de transici\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> El <strong>97,6%<\/strong> de les exportacions de b\u00e9ns industrials de la UE estaran lliures d&#8217;aranzels des del primer dia, mentre que per a la resta s&#8217;eliminaran en un per\u00edode de transici\u00f3 fins a <strong>5 anys<\/strong> .<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Simplificaci\u00f3 de Barreres T\u00e8cniques (TBT)<\/strong><\/h5><p>L&#8217;acord introdueix mesures perqu\u00e8 les empreses no hagin d&#8217;adaptar els dissenys o repetir proves costoses per al mercat australi\u00e0:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Declaraci\u00f3 de Conformitat del Prove\u00efdor (SDoC):<\/strong> Austr\u00e0lia acceptar\u00e0 que el propi fabricant certifiqui que els seus productes compleixen les normes en \u00e0rees cr\u00edtiques com a seguretat de la <strong>maquin\u00e0ria<\/strong> (excepte la d&#8217;alt risc), seguretat d&#8217; <strong>equips el\u00e8ctrics i electr\u00f2nics<\/strong> o requisits d&#8217; <strong>efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica i ecodisseny<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Certificaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;origen:<\/strong> En aquells productes industrials que no estan coberts per la Declaraci\u00f3 de Conformitat del Prove\u00efdor, les empreses podran realitzar les seves avaluacions de conformitat en organismes reconeguts <strong>dins de la UE<\/strong> per demostrar el compliment de les regulacions t\u00e8cniques australianes, incloent-hi les dels seus Estats i Territoris.<\/li><li><strong>\u00das d&#8217;est\u00e0ndards internacionals:<\/strong> Ambdues parts es comprometen a utilitzar normes internacionals (com ISO o IEC) com a base per a les seves regulacions, cosa que evita requisits t\u00e8cnics divergents que actuen com a barreres comercials ocultes.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Facilitats per al Servei Postvenda i Operacions<\/strong><\/h5><p>Per a la ind\u00fastria de b\u00e9ns dequip, el manteniment \u00e9s una part crucial del negoci:<\/p><ul><li><strong>B\u00e9ns Reparats:<\/strong> No s&#8217;aplicaran aranzels als productes que reingressin al territori despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver estat exportats temporalment per a la seva <strong>reparaci\u00f3<\/strong> , ni als b\u00e9ns importats temporalment per ser reparats a Austr\u00e0lia.<\/li><li><strong>Admissi\u00f3 Temporal d&#8217;Eines:<\/strong> Es concedeix l&#8217;exempci\u00f3 total de drets de duana per a la importaci\u00f3 temporal d&#8217;
