KPMG per a 2025\/2026<\/strong> , titulada <em>&#8220;The Paradox of Progress&#8221;<\/em> . Aquest estudi \u00e9s el m\u00e9s extens fins avui i recull les perspectives de <strong>375 l\u00edders dels sectors d&#8217;enginyeria, construcci\u00f3 i b\u00e9ns arrels<\/strong> de tot el m\u00f3n. La informaci\u00f3 es va recopilar entre <strong>gener i mar\u00e7 de 2025<\/strong> , complementades amb entrevistes individuals a experts i directius corporatius d&#8217;alt nivell.  <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> L&#8217;Estat de la ind\u00fastria<\/strong><\/h5><p>Tot i que l&#8217;optimisme sectorial ha escalat del <strong>66% el 2023 al 71% actual<\/strong> , es tracta d&#8217;un optimisme cautel\u00f3s, on el <strong>75% dels executius<\/strong> es declara igual o significativament m\u00e9s reticent al risc que fa dotze mesos. La rendibilitat ja no es garanteix mitjan\u00e7ant el volum, sin\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant la selectivitat i la disciplina. <\/p><p>El creixement actual col\u00b7lisiona amb tres pressions dominants:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Forces del Mercat:<\/strong> Incertesa en els patrons de despesa dels clients i una complexitat t\u00e8cnica creixent als projectes.<\/li><li><strong>Equilibri de Costos i Inversi\u00f3:<\/strong> El desafiament de gestionar l&#8217;encariment de materials i de capital mentre es finan\u00e7a la transformaci\u00f3 digital necess\u00e0ria.<\/li><li><strong>Pressions Regulat\u00f2ries i de Cadena de Subministrament:<\/strong> Una xarxa de subministrament fr\u00e0gil sota l&#8217;escrutini de normatives de sostenibilitat cada cop m\u00e9s severes.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Prioritats Estrat\u00e8giques: El Mapa de Ruta  <\/strong><\/h5><p>Per orquestrar el creixement en aquest entorn, el sector prioritza quatre eixos fonamentals per als propers 12 mesos:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Efici\u00e8ncia Operativa i Rendibilitat:<\/strong> L&#8217;imperatiu \u00e9s la governan\u00e7a de costos i la productivitat. La inefici\u00e8ncia ja no \u00e9s un cost ocult, sin\u00f3 una amena\u00e7a directa a la superviv\u00e8ncia en un sector de marges estrets. <\/li><li><strong>Expansi\u00f3 de mercat i enfocament al client:<\/strong> El creixement es busca en geografies estrat\u00e8giques i sectors de nova generaci\u00f3 (Data Centers, infraestructura renovable), on l&#8217;agilitat de resposta \u00e9s l&#8217;avantatge competitiu.<\/li><li><strong>Tecnologia i Innovaci\u00f3:<\/strong> No es tracta d&#8217;adopci\u00f3 a\u00efllada, sin\u00f3 d&#8217;una reinvenci\u00f3 digital que actu\u00ef com a teixit connectiu entre el disseny, la procura i l&#8217;execuci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Gesti\u00f3 de Riscos i Resili\u00e8ncia:<\/strong> Transici\u00f3 cap a marcs de risc robusts i models de contractaci\u00f3 col\u00b7laborativa que permetin una distribuci\u00f3 equitativa de les conting\u00e8ncies.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Palanques de Transformaci\u00f3: Persones, Tecnologia, Models<\/strong><\/h5><p>La transformaci\u00f3 real passa a la intersecci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests tres factors:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Talent:<\/strong> La bretxa d&#8217;habilitats digitals \u00e9s el coll d&#8217;ampolla principal per a l&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3.
