Espanya se situa al furg\u00f3 de cua europeu. Avalua indicadors clau com el <strong>comprom\u00eds laboral<\/strong> , el <strong>benestar personal<\/strong> i les <strong>emocions di\u00e0ries<\/strong> com a predictors de la resili\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;exercici de les empreses. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Indicadors Globals de l&#8217;Entorn Laboral<\/strong><\/h5><p>A nivell mundial, el panorama mostra un estancament en el comprom\u00eds despr\u00e9s d&#8217;anys de millores:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Nom\u00e9s el 20% dels empleats estan compromesos<\/strong> (altament involucrats i entusiastes) amb la feina. El 64% no est\u00e0 comprom\u00e8s (posen temps, per\u00f2 no energia) i el 16% est\u00e0 activament desvinculat (poden soscavar els \u00e8xits de l&#8217;equip). <\/li><li>El <strong>34%<\/strong> dels treballadors consideren que estan prosperant (visi\u00f3 positiva del present i del futur).<\/li><li><strong>Els managers emergeixen com la baula cr\u00edtica:<\/strong> des del 2022, el seu comprom\u00eds ha caigut 9 punts a nivell global, i la caiguda anual m\u00e9s gran es va produir entre el 2024 i el 2025. L&#8217;informe subratlla que sense un lideratge intermedi motivat i ben gestionat, els equips rendeixen per sota del seu potencial. <\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Comprom\u00eds i productivitat: una relaci\u00f3 contrastada<\/strong><\/h5><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>El baix comprom\u00eds laboral va costar a l&#8217;economia mundial aproximadament 10 bilions de d\u00f2lars en p\u00e8rdua de productivitat el 2025<\/strong> , equivalent al 9% del PIB global. Les estimacions s\u00f3n conservadores perqu\u00e8 no sumen els costos addicionals associats al baix comprom\u00eds, com ara la sinistralitat, la rotaci\u00f3, l&#8217;absentisme o els costos sanitaris. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Les metaan\u00e0lisis de Gallup mostren de forma consistent una forta relaci\u00f3 entre el comprom\u00eds dels empleats i la productivitat a nivell d&#8217;unitat de negoci, incloent-hi rendibilitat i vendes. Els equips amb empleats no compromesos o activament desvinculats generen organitzacions menys rendibles, cosa que alhora es tradueix en menor creixement econ\u00f2mic. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Investigadors de Stanford, Harvard Business School i MIT van constatar que <strong>les difer\u00e8ncies en les pr\u00e0ctiques de gesti\u00f3 expliquen aproximadament el 30% de la variaci\u00f3 a la productivitat<\/strong> total dels factors. La gesti\u00f3 efica\u00e7 de persones \u00e9s una habilitat que poques organitzacions desenvolupen sistem\u00e0ticament, malgrat el seu impacte directe al rendiment. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> L&#8217;Estat del Treball a Europa<\/strong><\/h5><p>Europa presenta el desafiament m\u00e9s gran en termes de vinculaci\u00f3 emocional amb l&#8217;empresa:<\/p><ul><li>Europa reporta el <strong>comprom\u00eds m\u00e9s baix del m\u00f3n<\/strong> , amb nom\u00e9s un <strong>12%<\/strong> . La gran majoria dels treballadors a la regi\u00f3 (73%) es troben en la categoria de &#8220;no compromesos&#8221;. <\/li><li>Tot i el baix comprom\u00eds, <strong>el benestar \u00e9s alt comparat amb la mitjana global<\/strong> , amb un 49% dels empleats reportant que estan prosperant a la seva vida.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> An\u00e0lisi Espanya vs. Europa<\/strong><\/h5><p>Les dades espec\u00edfiques d&#8217;Espanya mostren matisos importants en comparaci\u00f3 del seu entorn regional:<\/p><div style=\"margin-left: 40px;\"><table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
