ritme menor, evidenciant desequilibris estructurals que afecten la competitivitat. El 2026, l&#8217;\u00edndex de productivitat arriba al 58,6%, recuperant-se respecte al 2025 i apropant-se a nivells del 2022. <\/p><p>A llarg termini, Espanya ha incrementat la productivitat un 20,2% des del 1999, superant Fran\u00e7a i It\u00e0lia. Tot i aix\u00f2, <strong>la dist\u00e0ncia davant d&#8217;Alemanya (24,7%) evidencia marge de millora en l&#8217;optimitzaci\u00f3 de recursos<\/strong> . <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Grand\u00e0ria empresarial i efici\u00e8ncia operativa<\/strong><\/h5><p>La mida de les empreses es consolida com un factor determinant. L&#8217;increment de la mida mitjana empresarial fins als 12,3 empleats afavoreix la inversi\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica i la professionalitzaci\u00f3 de processos. <\/p><p>S&#8217;observa una progressi\u00f3 clara als nivells de productivitat:<\/p><ul><li>Les microempreses registren un 47,9%, amb una alta vulnerabilitat.<\/li><li>Les petites arriben al 55,2%, en transici\u00f3 organitzativa.<\/li><li>Les mitjanes arriben al 60%, consolidant estructures.<\/li><li>Les mitjanes-grans aconsegueixen el m\u00e0xim rendiment (62,2%).<\/li><li>Les grans empreses baixen al 59,6%, afectades per <strong>riscos de burocratitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> .<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Difer\u00e8ncies sectorials en productivitat<\/strong><\/h5><p>La productivitat varia significativament per sectors. <strong>Les activitats amb m\u00e9s component tecnol\u00f2gic lideren el rendiment<\/strong> , destacant IT i audiovisual (65,6%), transports (63,5%) i distribuci\u00f3 (63,4%).<\/p><p>Per contra, sectors com a qu\u00edmic i salut (55,5%), alimentaci\u00f3 (57,3%) i hostaleria (57,8%) enfronten limitacions estructurals derivades de la seva intensitat operativa i estacionalitat.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Impacte de l&#8217;absentisme a l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/h5><p>L&#8217;absentisme es consolida com un dels factors principals que afecten la productivitat. La taxa arriba al 7,3% el 2024 i duplica pr\u00e0cticament els nivells de l&#8217;any 2000. <\/p><p>Les principals causes es distribueixen entre factors m\u00e8dics (49,2%) i organitzatius, com <strong>la insatisfacci\u00f3 laboral i la manca d&#8217;est\u00edmuls<\/strong> , cosa que reflecteix una desconnexi\u00f3 entre empresa i empleat.<\/p><p>A m\u00e9s, la rotaci\u00f3 laboral augmenta els costos operatius, mentre que la gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;abs\u00e8ncies continua sent majorit\u00e0riament reactiva i penalitza la c\u00e0rrega de treball interna.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Retribuci\u00f3, formaci\u00f3 i exercici<\/strong><\/h5><p>Les empreses avancen a l&#8217;alineaci\u00f3 entre resultats i compensaci\u00f3. El 71,5% ja aplica models de retribuci\u00f3 variable, estenent progressivament a tota l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3. <\/p><p>En paral\u00b7lel, la formaci\u00f3 es consolida com a palanca estrat\u00e8gica: el 71% de les companyies desenvolupa plans espec\u00edfics i <strong>el 67,6% en mesura l&#8217;impacte<\/strong> i registra millores de productivitat d&#8217;entre el 6% i el 10%.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br> Flexibilitat i models de treball<\/strong><\/h5><p>Espanya presenta un nivell de teletreball del 14,4%, per sota de la mitjana europea (24,1%), fet que limita la seva competitivitat en atracci\u00f3 de talent.<\/p><p>No obstant aix\u00f2, les dades mostren que <strong>la productivitat en remot es mant\u00e9 estable a m\u00e9s de la meitat de les empreses<\/strong> , sempre que hi hagi sistemes de mesura adequats.<\/p><p>Davant pics de demanda, predomina l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;hores extra (43,2%), cosa que reflecteix una manca de planificaci\u00f3 estructural davant d&#8217;alternatives m\u00e9s
