class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>La modernitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Acord Global de la UE amb M\u00e8xic es divideix en dos instruments per agilitzar-ne la implementaci\u00f3: l&#8217;Acord Global Modernitzat, que inclou di\u00e0leg pol\u00edtic, cooperaci\u00f3 i inversi\u00f3, i l&#8217;Acord Comercial Inter\u00ed, centrat exclusivament en la liberalitzaci\u00f3 comercial de compet\u00e8ncia exclusiva de la UE.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6841e59c elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"6841e59c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Cronograma i Properes Fases<\/strong><\/h5><p>El Consell de la UE va autoritzar la signatura l <strong>&#8216; 11 de maig de 2026<\/strong> . S&#8217;espera que les presidentes Claudia Sheinbaum i Ursula von der Leyen subscriguin els acords el <strong>22 de maig de 2026<\/strong> . <\/p><p>L&#8217;ACI entrar\u00e0 en vigor despr\u00e9s d&#8217;obtenir el consentiment del <strong>Parlament Europeu<\/strong> , ja que no requereix l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 dels parlaments nacionals dels Estats membres. L&#8217;AGM, en ser un acord \u00abmixt\u00bb, requereix la ratificaci\u00f3 dels <strong>27 Estats membres de la UE<\/strong> . Un cop ratificat, l&#8217;AGM substituir\u00e0 \u00edntegrament l&#8217;ACI.  <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> Acc\u00e9s a Contractaci\u00f3 P\u00fablica<\/strong><\/h5><p>M\u00e8xic ha obert el mercat de contractes p\u00fablics a les empreses de la UE en una mesura superior a la de qualsevol altre soci comercial.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Nivell Estatal:<\/strong> Per primera vegada, les empreses europees podran licitar no nom\u00e9s a nivell federal, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 a <strong>14 estats mexicans<\/strong> clau.<\/li><li><strong>Associacions P\u00fablico-Privades:<\/strong> L&#8217;acord permet participar en contractes de serveis i obres sota models d&#8217;inversi\u00f3 publicoprivada.<\/li><li><strong>Igualtat de Tracte:<\/strong> Es garanteix que les ofertes d&#8217;empreses de la UE siguin tractades en igualtat de condicions que les locals sota est\u00e0ndards de transpar\u00e8ncia i no discriminaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> Propietat Intel\u00b7lectual i certificaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5><p>L&#8217;acord estableix est\u00e0ndards de protecci\u00f3 superiors als de l&#8217;OMC (ADPIC).<\/p><ul><li><strong>Dissenys Industrials:<\/strong> Protecci\u00f3 de fins a <strong>25 anys<\/strong> .<\/li><li><strong>Drets d&#8217;autor:<\/strong> Alineaci\u00f3 amb els alts est\u00e0ndards de la legislaci\u00f3 de la UE quant a termes de protecci\u00f3.<\/li><li><strong>Marques:<\/strong> Comprom\u00eds d&#8217;adhesi\u00f3 al Protocol de Madrid i possibilitat de confiscar mercaderies falsificades en tr\u00e0nsit.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Reconeixement de certificats:<\/strong> M\u00e8xic acceptar\u00e0 la certificaci\u00f3 de productes realitzada a la UE, cosa que evita que les empreses europees hagin de certificar els seus productes novament sota normes mexicanes espec\u00edfiques.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> Simplificaci\u00f3 de les Regles d&#8217;Origen<\/strong><\/h5><p>En sectors complexos com la maquin\u00e0ria, els productes solen fabricar-se amb milers de peces de diferents pa\u00efsos. Si les regles s\u00f3n molt estrictes o burocr\u00e0tiques, a les empreses els resulta dif\u00edcil i cost\u00f3s certificar que el producte \u00e9s europeu, per la qual cosa sovint acaben pagant l&#8217;aranzel complet per evitar la paperassa. <\/p><p>El nou acord <strong>revisa i flexibilitza aquestes normes<\/strong> per adaptar-les a les necessitats actuals de la ind\u00fastria.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Acumulaci\u00f3 bilateral:<\/strong> Sota aquesta regla, si una empresa de la UE utilitza components que s\u00f3n <strong>originaris de M\u00e8xic<\/strong> , aquests components <strong>es comptabilitzen com si fossin europeus<\/strong> en calcular l&#8217;origen del producte final (i viceversa). \u00c9s especialment benefici\u00f3s per a sectors amb milers de components, com l&#8217; <strong>automotriu<\/strong> i la <strong>maquin\u00e0ria<\/strong> , on les peces solen creuar fronteres diverses vegades durant la seva fabricaci\u00f3. <\/li><li>Es permetr\u00e0 la presentaci\u00f3 i el processament de la documentaci\u00f3 i informaci\u00f3 duanera <strong>abans que la mercaderia arribi f\u00edsicament<\/strong> al pa\u00eds, cosa que permet un llevant immediat.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> M\u00e8xic per als sectors d&#8217;amec<\/strong><\/h5><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>M\u00e8xic \u00e9s la 7a destinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;exportaci\u00f3 dels sectors que representa amec<\/strong> , amb 319,5 milions d&#8217;euros el 2025. Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un cicle de creixement sostingut entre el 2022 i el 2024, l&#8217;exercici 2025 va registrar una correcci\u00f3, encara que amb comportaments dispars entre sectors. La <strong>maquin\u00e0ria d&#8217;env\u00e0s i embalatge<\/strong> i la <strong>maquin\u00e0ria i tecnologia aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong> destaquen com els de m\u00e9s dinamisme, amb un creixement sostingut al llarg de tot el per\u00edode.  <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Des de la perspectiva de les empreses membre d&#8217;amec, M\u00e8xic \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 un dels mercats m\u00e9s rellevants en termes d&#8217;implantaci\u00f3: <strong>\u00e9s el 2n pa\u00eds del m\u00f3n amb m\u00e9s empreses establertes<\/strong> , nom\u00e9s darrere dels Estats Units, amb 46 companyies presents. Al r\u00e0nquing de mercats prioritaris per al 2026, ocupa la 3a posici\u00f3. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">La modernitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Acord Global UE-M\u00e8xic arriba, doncs, en un moment oport\u00fa per consolidar i ampliar una relaci\u00f3 comercial que per a la ind\u00fastria espanyola ja t\u00e9 un car\u00e0cter clarament estructural.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
