class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>El Banc d&#8217;Alg\u00e8ria ha publicat una nota que estableix una nova obligaci\u00f3 que afecta directament els exportadors estrangers que operen amb clients algerians: tota operaci\u00f3 d&#8217;importaci\u00f3 de b\u00e9ns ha de tenir una domiciliaci\u00f3 banc\u00e0ria pr\u00e8via abans que la mercaderia sigui expedida.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cae518d elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"5cae518d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Qu\u00e8 estableix la nova normativa?<\/strong><\/h5><p>La norma, d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 immediata, <strong>exigeix \u200b\u200bque l&#8217;importador algeri\u00e0 formalitzi la domiciliaci\u00f3 banc\u00e0ria de l&#8217;operaci\u00f3 abans<\/strong> de qualsevol expedici\u00f3 de mercaderia per part del prove\u00efdor estranger. A la pr\u00e0ctica, aix\u00f2 implica que: <\/p><ul><li><strong>La data dels documents de transport<\/strong> (Bill of Lading, CMR, Airway Bill, etc.) ha de ser posterior a la data de domiciliaci\u00f3 banc\u00e0ria.<\/li><li>No s&#8217;accepta cap domiciliaci\u00f3 banc\u00e0ria si la mercaderia ja ha sortit abans que s&#8217;hagi registrat, llevat d&#8217;excepcions degudament justificades i expressament autoritzades.<\/li><li>Els bancs algerians estan obligats a verificar sistem\u00e0ticament les dates de les factures comercials, els t\u00edtols de transport i els certificats dexpedici\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> <strong>Qu\u00e8 vol dir aix\u00f2 per a l&#8217;exportador estranger?<\/strong><\/h5><p>Abans d&#8217;aquesta norma, era habitual que algunes operacions es domiciliessin posteriorment a l&#8217;expedici\u00f3. A partir del 14 de maig del 2026, aquesta pr\u00e0ctica queda prohibida. L&#8217;exportador ha d&#8217;assegurar-se que el client algeri\u00e0 ha completat la domiciliaci\u00f3 banc\u00e0ria abans de procedir a qualsevol enviament. Si s&#8217;expedeix la mercaderia sense que hi hagi cap domiciliaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via, el banc algeri\u00e0 rebutjar\u00e0 l&#8217;operaci\u00f3, amb les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies que aix\u00f2 pot tenir per al cobrament.   <\/p><p>Segons l&#8217; <strong>Oficina Econ\u00f2mica i Comercial d&#8217;Espanya a Alger,<\/strong> aquesta mesura refor\u00e7a la \ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf4\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\uddf7\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddee\ud836\udf9d \ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude05\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf7\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00<\/p><h5><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> <strong>R\u00e8gim transitori<\/strong><\/h5><p>La nota aclareix que les disposicions no s&#8217;apliquen a operacions d&#8217;importaci\u00f3 l&#8217;expedici\u00f3 efectiva de les quals cap al territori duaner algeri\u00e0 ja s&#8217;hagi produ\u00eft abans del 14 de maig de 2026, i la data del document de transport \u00e9s la que serveix com a refer\u00e8ncia.<\/p><h5>
