La Xina continua sent una baula vital a les <strong>cadenes de subministrament globals<\/strong> , encara que les empreses exigeixen reformes administratives i m\u00e9s transpar\u00e8ncia per restaurar plenament la confian\u00e7a dels inversors. <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> Desafiaments de l&#8217;entorn operatiu i burocr\u00e0cia<\/strong><\/h5><p>Tot i la lleugera millora respecte a l&#8217;any anterior, el cam\u00ed continua sent costa amunt per a la majoria.<\/p><ul><li>El <strong>68% de les empreses<\/strong> afirma que fer negocis a la Xina va ser m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil el 2025, encadenant cinc anys de deteriorament continu.<\/li><li>La <strong>frenada de l&#8217;economia xinesa<\/strong> (57%), la compet\u00e8ncia d&#8217;empreses privades locals (47%) i els riscos geopol\u00edtics s\u00f3n les preocupacions m\u00e9s grans.<\/li><li><strong>Barreres administratives:<\/strong> Persisteixen reptes tangibles en la gesti\u00f3 di\u00e0ria, especialment en l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 de permisos de construcci\u00f3 (54%), l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a finan\u00e7ament (53%) i les transfer\u00e8ncies monet\u00e0ries transfrontereres (65%).<\/li><li><strong>Propietat Intel\u00b7lectual (DPI):<\/strong> El 43% de les empreses s&#8217;han vist impactades per infraccions de DPI, un problema especialment greu als sectors de maquin\u00e0ria i alimentaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> Competitivitat, Efici\u00e8ncia i Innovaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5><p>Tot i aix\u00f2, la Xina mant\u00e9 fortaleses estructurals que la fan indispensable per a les empreses europees.<\/p><ul><li><strong>L\u00edder en efici\u00e8ncia:<\/strong> El 75% dels enquestats considera que la seva producci\u00f3 a la Xina \u00e9s m\u00e9s eficient que a qualsevol altra part del m\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>Ecosistema d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Un 48% de les firmes europees reconeixen que els seus competidors xinesos ara s\u00f3n m\u00e9s innovadors que elles.<\/li><li><strong>Rendibilitat:<\/strong> El mercat continua sent rendible per al 70% de les empreses, i l&#8217;optimisme sobre beneficis futurs ha pujat lleugerament al 17%.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> An\u00e0lisi Sectorial: Industrial i Manufactura<\/strong><\/h5><p>Aquest sector presenta un panorama de contrastos marcats per pol\u00edtiques d&#8217;autosufici\u00e8ncia de la Xina.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Deteriorament per subsectors:<\/strong> El 2025, l&#8217;entorn va empitjorar dr\u00e0sticament per a l&#8217; <strong>Automoci\u00f3 (76%)<\/strong> , Maquin\u00e0ria (67%), Fabricaci\u00f3 Mar\u00edtima (67%) i Qu\u00edmica\/Petroli (61%).<\/li><li><strong>Desafiament a Maquin\u00e0ria:<\/strong> \u00c9s el sector m\u00e9s castigat pel robatori de propietat intel\u00b7lectual (70% d&#8217;impacte) i on la compet\u00e8ncia local es percep com el desafiament futur m\u00e9s cr\u00edtic (76%).<\/li><li><strong>Tracte Desigual:<\/strong> Els sectors estrat\u00e8gics pateixen m\u00e9s discriminaci\u00f3. El 54% en maquin\u00e0ria i el 50% en fabricaci\u00f3 mar\u00edtima senten un tracte desfavorable davant de locals. Per contra, <strong>Automoci\u00f3 (70%)<\/strong> i Qu\u00edmica (65%) reporten un tracte m\u00e9s equitatiu a causa de la seva import\u00e0ncia tecnol\u00f2gica per al desenvolupament xin\u00e8s.  <\/li><li><strong>Oportunitats P\u00e8rdues:<\/strong> Les barreres regulat\u00f2ries van provocar la p\u00e8rdua de negocis significatius a Aviaci\u00f3 i Aeroespacial (77%), Qu\u00edmica (59%) i Maquin\u00e0ria (58%).<\/li><li><strong>Fidelitat al Mercat:<\/strong> Tot i els riscos, la Xina continua sent destinaci\u00f3 priorit\u00e0ria d&#8217;inversi\u00f3 per a la fabricaci\u00f3 mar\u00edtima (84%) i l&#8217;automoci\u00f3 (79%), at\u00e8s que consideren vital ser-hi competitius per mantenir la seva rellev\u00e0ncia global.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> Reconfiguraci\u00f3 Estrat\u00e8gica: Subministraments i Inversi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h5><p>Al sector d&#8217; <strong>ind\u00fastria i<\/strong> <strong>maquin\u00e0ria<\/strong> , la reconfiguraci\u00f3 de les cadenes de subministrament \u00e9s encara m\u00e9s intensa que la mitjana general, amb un <strong>72% de les empreses<\/strong> havent revisat les seves estrat\u00e8gies en els darrers dos anys. Aquest sector aplica una estrat\u00e8gia de <strong>\u00abdoble via\u00bb<\/strong> molt marcada per equilibrar la competitivitat al mercat xin\u00e8s amb la protecci\u00f3 dels seus actius cr\u00edtics. <\/p><p><strong>Offshoring: Protecci\u00f3 de tecnologia clau<\/strong><\/p><p>A difer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;altres sectors, la ind\u00fastria de maquin\u00e0ria no est\u00e0 abandonant la Xina, sin\u00f3 <strong>\u201ccompartimentant\u201d<\/strong> la seva operaci\u00f3: localitzen el que \u00e9s necessari per ser competitius al mercat intern xin\u00e8s (In China, for China) mentre extreuen del pa\u00eds els seus avantatges tecnol\u00f2gics m\u00e9s sensibles per protegir-se de la <strong>compet\u00e8ncia ferotge i el robatori de propietat intel\u00b7lectual<\/strong> .<\/p><p><strong>Onshoring: Efici\u00e8ncia per al mercat local<\/strong><\/p><p>Simult\u00e0niament, un <strong>34% aposta exclusivament per l&#8217;onshoring<\/strong> i un <strong>35% combina tots dos enfocaments<\/strong> .
