trav\u00e9s dels requisits d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 complexos de conformitat exigits pel nou Reglament d&#8217;Envasos i Residus d&#8217;Envasos de la Uni\u00f3 Europea.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c44d616 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Preparaci\u00f3 per a l&#8217;agost del 2026<\/strong><\/h5><p>El PPWR comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a aplicar &#8211; se plenament el <strong>12 d&#8217; agost del 2026<\/strong> . A partir d&#8217;aquesta data, cada env\u00e0s comercialitzat a la UE haur\u00e0 de comptar amb una <strong>Declaraci\u00f3 UE de Conformitat (DoC)<\/strong> i la corresponent <strong>documentaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica (TD)<\/strong> . El nou kit d&#8217;eines de EUROPEN cerca facilitar la preparaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests documents cr\u00edtics, ajudant les empreses a identificar quines obligacions els corresponen i quines dades han de recopilar de les cadenes de subministrament.  <\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> Funcionalitats clau del kit d&#8217;eines<\/strong><\/h5><p>El toolkit ofereix:<\/p><ul><li>Una visi\u00f3 general classificable de les obligacions per a diferents operadors econ\u00f2mics.<\/li><li>Clarificaci\u00f3 de rols i responsabilitats a tota la cadena de valor de l&#8217;env\u00e0s.<\/li><li>Un repositori de millors pr\u00e0ctiques i recursos \u00fatils, incloent-hi un v\u00eddeo explicatiu.<\/li><li>Un cronograma clar per anticipar futures obligacions en mat\u00e8ria de subst\u00e0ncies, etiquetatge i reciclabilitat.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br\/> Incertesa a la ind\u00fastria<\/strong><\/h5><p>Tot i el llan\u00e7ament d&#8217;aquests recursos, el sector opera en un clima d&#8217;incertesa.
