reconeixen tenir dificultats per atraure i fidelitzar talent. \u00c9s el que es despr\u00e8n de l&#8217;\u00faltim informe de l&#8217;Observatori amec, elaborat a partir d&#8217;entrevistes personalitzades a la comunitat. Potser el m\u00e9s preocupant \u00e9s que el principal problema no t\u00e9 una soluci\u00f3 f\u00e0cil per a les empreses: en 3 de cada 4 ocasions (74,4%), no hi ha professionals amb la qualificaci\u00f3 adequada per cobrir la posici\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El 52% de les empreses entrevistades tamb\u00e9 atribueixen el problema al nivell salarial, amb exig\u00e8ncies que estan per sobre de la seva escala, i el 37% considera que hi ha una escassetat important en un nou talent jove orientat a la ind\u00fastria. Addicionalment, la demanda de teletreball i les exig\u00e8ncies de conciliaci\u00f3 familiar representen un 17% i un 12% respectivament, i aquests s\u00f3n els \u00e0mbits en qu\u00e8 les empreses poden actuar d&#8217;una manera m\u00e9s directa.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 fan les empreses industrials per suplir aquest d\u00e8ficit? \u00d2bviament, tot el que poden. Per\u00f2, posats a concretar, 2 de cada 3 (61,7%) ja estan dissenyant estrat\u00e8gies amb noves f\u00f3rmules d&#8217;atracci\u00f3 i fidelitzaci\u00f3, mentre que el 59,6% han optat per la formaci\u00f3 interna perqu\u00e8 els seus professionals puguin assumir noves funcions . Per\u00f2 encara n&#8217;hi ha m\u00e9s: el 50% de les enquestades reconeixen estar contractant personal no qualificat i formant-lo des de la base perqu\u00e8 pugui ocupar posicions actualment dif\u00edcils de cobrir.
