Mai fins ara no havia estat tan cr\u00edtic, en un context econ\u00f2mic incert que evoluciona constantment sense saber cap on. La globalitzaci\u00f3, la digitalitzaci\u00f3 i les canviants expectatives professionals estan transformant el mercat laboral. A m\u00e9s, al sector industrial cal afegir l&#8217;escassetat de vocacions t\u00e8cniques, l&#8217;exponencial revoluci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica i l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de nous c\u00e0rrecs professionals. La manca de titulats en formaci\u00f3 professional i la creixent demanda d&#8217;enginyers \u2014s&#8217;estima que se&#8217;n necessitaran m\u00e9s de 200.000 en la propera d\u00e8cada\u2014 agreugen aquest escenari. <\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n moltes les iniciatives en qu\u00e8 les empreses industrials lideren la formaci\u00f3 dels seus potencials equips, amb centres de formaci\u00f3 propis o de col\u00b7laboradors. Per\u00f2 ni aix\u00f2 sembla prou. <\/p>\n<p>Tot i oferir salaris un 20% superiors als d&#8217;altres sectors i mantenir una taxa de desocupaci\u00f3 del 6%, la ind\u00fastria necessita superar <strong>el desafiament cultural.<\/strong> Com va subratllar Anna P\u00e9rez Bassons, s\u00f2cia i directora general de Mur &amp; Partners, \u00e9s essencial generar una imatge positiva del sector industrial ja des de la infantesa. <em>\u00c9s fonamental generar una nova cultura industrial i despertar vocacions.<\/em> <em>L&#8217;escassetat de vocacions t\u00e8cniques i tecnol\u00f2giques \u00e9s una preocupaci\u00f3 constant al nostre sector des de fa anys, ara ja \u00e9s urgent<\/em> , va assenyalar el president d&#8217; <em>amec<\/em> , Pere Relats.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d65f5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d65f5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Quines s\u00f3n les claus per atraure i fidelitzar el talent?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les estrat\u00e8gies de compensaci\u00f3 salarial continuen sent imprescindibles, per\u00f2 ja no s\u00f3n suficients. El talent ja no es mou per un intercanvi <em>treball-compensaci\u00f3<\/em> , sin\u00f3 que passa per una identificaci\u00f3 de valors entre la persona i l&#8217;empresa per a la qual treballa, i aquesta equaci\u00f3 inclou tota l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Les empreses han de ser atractives, proporcionar les retribucions esperades, operar amb el focus posat a les persones i oferir bones oportunitats de desenvolupament i de creixement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estan preparades les nostres empreses per a tot aix\u00f2?<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d0df00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8d0df00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Desenvolupem alguns punts clau:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Prop\u00f2sit i significat:<\/strong> les empreses han de comunicar clarament l&#8217;impacte positiu de les seves activitats a la societat i al medi ambient, alineant-ne el prop\u00f2sit amb els valors de les diferents generacions. \u00c9s clar que aix\u00f2 no pot ser un <em>greenwashing<\/em> sin\u00f3 la guia de totes les seves activitats, comportaments i actituds. Podr\u00edem dir que les persones ja no busquem empreses on treballar, sin\u00f3 comunitats de les quals formar part.<br \/> Els patrocinadors del F\u00f2rum amec, com Banc Sabadell i Cesce, van demostrar com integrar la gesti\u00f3 del talent en les seves decisions estrat\u00e8giques, enfocant-se a l&#8217;atracci\u00f3 del talent a trav\u00e9s del prop\u00f2sit i la visi\u00f3 a llarg termini.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Desenvolupament professional:<\/strong> oferir oportunitats de creixement i aprenentatge continu \u00e9s clau. Una entrevista a estudiants de formaci\u00f3 professional de Salesians de Sarri\u00e0 demostra que les noves generacions demanen, en els seus futurs llocs de treball, no deixar d&#8217;aprendre. Aix\u00f2 passa perqu\u00e8 les organitzacions apostin internament per la formaci\u00f3 continuada i la promoci\u00f3 del talent propi.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>De l\u00edders a referents.<\/strong> <em>Els empleats busquen desenvolupar-se juntament amb l\u00edders inspiradors en tots els aspectes,<\/em> en paraules d&#8217;Esther Las, directora de RRHH d&#8217;Antonio Mengibar. Francesc Gonz\u00e1lez, director general d&#8217;AQPE, afegeix \u00e8mfasi a la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 afirmant que els empleats prefereixen treballar amb l\u00edders inspiradors m\u00e9s que no pas amb experts t\u00e8cnics. Aquesta visi\u00f3 \u00e9s recolzada per diversos ponents que subratllen la necessitat de formar l\u00edders amb una visi\u00f3 global i humanista.\n<p>En aquest sentit, i encara m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del concepte, Juan Carlos Cubeiro, investigador, escriptor i coach estrat\u00e8gic, destaca la import\u00e0ncia de visibilitzar i empoderar les marques personals dels l\u00edders organitzacionals com a recurs atractiu per al talent. Els l\u00edders han de ser vistos com a mentors i entrenadors, capa\u00e7os de guiar i desenvolupar els seus equips m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les tasques operatives. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibilitat i benestar:<\/strong> ja no es parla de conciliar vida laboral i personal perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s clar que de vida n&#8217;hi ha una i les persones volen tenir temps per a tot el que els \u00e9s important. Les empreses han d&#8217;adaptar les pol\u00edtiques per oferir horaris flexibles, treball h\u00edbrid i un ambient laboral saludable en tots els aspectes. Jordi Benoit, director d&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 i Persones del Banc de Sabadell, va subratllar que flexibilitat i benestar no s\u00f3n negociables sin\u00f3 fonamentals per mantenir la motivaci\u00f3 i el comprom\u00eds dels empleats.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3 ad hoc de les expectatives de cada generaci\u00f3.<\/strong> <em>Hi ha m\u00e9s difer\u00e8ncia entre generacions que entre persones de la mateixa generaci\u00f3 de diferents pa\u00efsos del m\u00f3n<\/em> <strong>,<\/strong> defensa Santiago Garc\u00eda, fundador de Future for Work Institute. Garc\u00eda posa el focus que les difer\u00e8ncies entre generacions dins de les empreses poden ser m\u00e9s significatives que les difer\u00e8ncies culturals, cosa que destaca la necessitat d&#8217;adaptar estrat\u00e8gies de gesti\u00f3 a les expectatives de cada grup generacional i, sobretot, garantir les bones relacions entre elles. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Diversitat i inclusi\u00f3.<\/strong> Helena Borb\u00f3n Porta, de Fundaci\u00f3 Cares, i N\u00faria Sala, d&#8217; <em>amec<\/em> , van afirmar que la diversitat de g\u00e8nere, generacional, d&#8217;origen i de capacitats fa que els equips siguin m\u00e9s competitius i intu\u00eftius. Potser la gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests equips sembli una mica m\u00e9s complexa al principi, per\u00f2 est\u00e0 demostrat que, en diversos equips, el proc\u00e9s de presa de decisions sol ser molt m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid i que \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil que sorgeixin noves f\u00f3rmules per a la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes . <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4418d8a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4418d8a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Quin \u00e9s el paper de la innovaci\u00f3 i la tecnologia en els recursos humans?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La digitalitzaci\u00f3 i la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial tamb\u00e9 estan redefinint el m\u00f3n del treball.
