Sabem que moltes empreses de la comissi\u00f3 som grans o ETIs (Empreses de Tamany Intermig), on certes pr\u00e0ctiques ja estan molt integrades en el dia a dia, per\u00f2 no passa el mateix en empreses m\u00e9s petites. En el meu cas em centre especialment en poder donar suport a aquestes empreses que no sempre tenen els recursos necessaris per poder abordar aquests temes. D&#8217;altra banda, treballem en \u00e0rees clau com les soft skills, el relleu generacional, la dona a la ind\u00fastria i el futur del treball, entre d&#8217;altres. La nostra missi\u00f3 \u00e9s enriquir la comunitat d&#8217;empreses amb solucions pr\u00e0ctiques, i accessibles, perqu\u00e8 es puguin beneficiar del coneixement que generem sense que suposi un gran esfor\u00e7 per a ells.    <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recentment, la comissi\u00f3 ha creat l&#8217;estudi \u201cClaus per fidelitzar el talent a la ind\u00fastria\u201d. Quines troballes clau inclou aquest document i quina import\u00e0ncia tenen per a les empreses? <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El document est\u00e0 molt enfocat a la fidelitzaci\u00f3 del talent, perqu\u00e8 la majoria de vegades les empreses industrials solem necessitar coneixements molt espec\u00edfics que nom\u00e9s s&#8217;adquireixen treballant dins de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s tan important fidelitzar i potenciar aquest talent que ja tenim. Pel que fa al contingut, vol\u00edem allunyar-nos dels t\u00f2pics, i oferir eines pr\u00e0ctiques, basades en la nostra pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia, que les empreses poguessin aplicar f\u00e0cilment a les seves estrat\u00e8gies. Parlem de coher\u00e8ncia, maneres d&#8217;actuar, estils de lideratge i, en definitiva, accions perqu\u00e8 el talent se senti a gust al seu entorn. S\u00f3n detalls petits, per\u00f2 si s&#8217;apliquen amb const\u00e0ncia i coher\u00e8ncia poden generar un gran impacte. Aquestes conclusions s\u00f3n especialment rellevants per a pimes industrials, ja que ofereixen solucions viables fins i tot amb recursos limitats, ajudant a competir pel talent fins i tot davant d&#8217;altres sectors que gaudeixen de major i millor visibilitat.     <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El talent industrial \u00e9s un recurs estrat\u00e8gic. Quins s\u00f3n els reptes m\u00e9s grans que enfronta la ind\u00fastria per atraure i fidelitzar talent, i quines solucions proposa la comissi\u00f3? <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un dels reptes m\u00e9s grans \u00e9s l&#8217;escassetat de perfils qualificats en sectors industrials. A aix\u00f2 se suma l&#8217;abandonament voluntari per manca d&#8217;oportunitats o alineaci\u00f3 de valors.  <\/p>\n<p>Crec que el m\u00e9s important \u00e9s canviar la percepci\u00f3 de la ind\u00fastria. Hem de trencar amb la imatge de la f\u00e0brica que treu fum. Avui dia, la majoria de les nostres f\u00e0briques estan plenes de tecnologia punta, i necessitem trobar la manera de mostrar aix\u00f2 a la societat.  <\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 ens hem d&#8217;adaptar a les noves generacions, que porten una mentalitat i unes necessitats molt diferents. Aix\u00f2 implica oferir varietat, reptes constants i experi\u00e8ncies que els motivin. D&#8217;altra banda, \u00e9s fonamental sistematitzar processos, especialment onboarding, perqu\u00e8 els nous talents s&#8217;integrin de manera r\u00e0pida i eficient.  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Com valores la capacitat de les empreses industrials per implementar pr\u00e0ctiques que fidelitzin el talent de manera sostenible en el temps?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les empreses industrials estan evolucionant cap a pr\u00e0ctiques m\u00e9s sostenibles en la gesti\u00f3 del talent, per\u00f2 encara queda molt per fer. La clau \u00e9s implementar estrat\u00e8gies coherents i adaptades a la realitat de cada empresa. No es tracta de grans canvis, al mateix document realitzat per la comissi\u00f3 parlem de petites accions cont\u00ednues i que poden marcar de veritat la difer\u00e8ncia.  <\/p>\n<p>Cal tenir en compte que fidelitzar el talent no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de recursos econ\u00f2mics, es tracta de crear un lloc on les persones vulguin ser-hi, on trobin reptes, estabilitat i, sobretot, una connexi\u00f3 amb el prop\u00f2sit de l&#8217;empresa. Les empreses industrials tenim un gran potencial per aconseguir-ho, per\u00f2 hem de ser constants i prioritzar aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques al nostre dia a dia, implicant tots els departaments. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Des de la teva perspectiva, quin tipus de suport haurien de prioritzar les administracions p\u00fabliques per fomentar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s al talent qualificat a la ind\u00fastria?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9s fonamental que les administracions p\u00fabliques prioritzin incentius fiscals per a formaci\u00f3 i desenvolupament professional, a m\u00e9s de programes que facilitin la contractaci\u00f3 tant de perfils j\u00fanior com s\u00e8nior. Per\u00f2, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;aix\u00f2, necessitem una coordinaci\u00f3 molt m\u00e9s estreta entre les administracions i les necessitats reals de les empreses. <\/p>\n<p>Actualment, molts centres educatius dissenyen la seva oferta formativa pensant en all\u00f2 que pot resultar m\u00e9s atractiu per als joves, per\u00f2 no necess\u00e0riament en all\u00f2 que demana el mercat laboral. Aix\u00f2 ha portat a situacions en qu\u00e8 algunes empreses han hagut de desenvolupar el seu propi grau de FP per cobrir oficis concrets, davant de la manca de resposta per part de les institucions. <\/p>\n<p>El sistema de formaci\u00f3 professional i universitari hauria d&#8217;estar molt m\u00e9s connectat amb les \u00e0rees del govern que tenen contacte directe amb les empreses. \u00c9s necessari establir un di\u00e0leg constructiu que consideri les demandes reals del mercat i permeti generar una oferta educativa que cobreixi tant les necessitats de les empreses com les aspiracions dels estudiants. Altres pa\u00efsos com els Estats Units i Alemanya ja ho fan, i crec que seria clau que adopt\u00e9ssim un model similar per garantir un talent qualificat i alineat amb els reptes de la ind\u00fastria.  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quins propers passos t\u00e9 previstos la Comissi\u00f3 per continuar avan\u00e7ant en el suport a les empreses en termes de fidelitzaci\u00f3 i atracci\u00f3 de talent industrial?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Comissi\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica de Talent t\u00e9 diversos objectius clars per continuar aportant valor a les empreses. integraci\u00f3 intergeneracional i el paper de la dona a la ind\u00fastria, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n \u00e0rees clau per construir entorns de treball inclusius i sostenibles.  <\/p>\n<p>Un altre punt important ser\u00e0 treballar a l&#8217; <em>employer branding<\/em> , ajudant les empreses a projectar una imatge m\u00e9s atractiva de la ind\u00fastria mitjan\u00e7ant les seves pol\u00edtiques, programes de responsabilitat social corporativa i altres valors diferencials.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, continuarem promovent espais de debat i intercanvi d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies entre empreses de la comunitat. Creiem fermament en l&#8217;aprenentatge col\u00b7lectiu com a eina per fer front als reptes comuns i generar solucions efectives. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section
