In accordance with the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), the personal data collected in this form will be processed by AMEC in order to contact you and provide a response to the queries raised through this form. amec envasgraf is the official organizer of Spain’s pavilion at ProPak Asia 2026

If you want to avoid setbacks and enhance your visibility at the fair, we offer you to participate in the pavilion (96m2) of Spain coordinated by amec envasgraf which includes the following services:

  • Management of space
  • Information and advice about the fair
  • Turnkey decoration project under the Spain brand name
  • Proposal of transport provider with information on required documentation and deadlines for delivery of goods
  • Accompaniment and assistancebefore and during the event
  • Digital promotionservice : your Verified Profile on a landing page within the website promotion website; a Google Ads campaign to attract the highest number of leads; and promotion on social networks.

Management of ICEX assistance

Propak Asia 2026 is part of amec envasgraf’s program of sectorial promotion activities submitted to ICEX Spain Export and Investment, according to which the maximum total amount of ICEX assistance will be 20,700 euros*.

  • The concepts eligible for support are space and decoration. The percentage of general ICEX support for the aforementioned concepts will be up to 40%.
  • The management of the ICEX aid for group participation includes:
      • Information about the fair.
      • Information of decoration suppliers with the necessary specifications to receive the aid granted for the activity.
      • Information on logistics and transportation suppliers.

General conditions of participation

All the companies interested in participating in the pavilion organized by amec envasgraf must accept the following general conditions of participation:

  • The space contract is priced at 519USD/m2 (plus additional fees). This will be invoiced directly by the fair organizer under their terms and conditions of payment (35% upon signing the contract and 65% in March 2025). The amec participation fee will be charged upon receipt of registration and will NOT be refundable in case of cancellation by companies.
  • All companies must participate with the homogeneous decoration of the country pavilion proposed by amec envasgraf and work with the official decorator chosen by amec envasgraf.
  • The distribution of space within the island will be based on the following criteria: amec members, m2 contracted and seniority in the pavilion.
  • Co-exhibitors must be notified in advance to amec envasgraf and will also pay the participation fee (with a 50% discount) while enjoying the same services and promotion as the rest of the exhibitors.
