Grants for incorporation to data spaces Kit Data Space Kit Data Space
These grants finance the costs assumed by the entities when integrating into a sectoral data space. Its objective is to promote the participation of companies and public administrations in these digital ecosystems, expand the number of participants and increase the volume of shared data.
Dates
The application period begins at 11:00 a.m. on October 3, 2025 and ends at 11:00 a.m. on March 31, 2026, or earlier if the available credit is exhausted.
Beneficiaries
They can apply for these grants:
Public and private entities with their own legal personality that carry out an economic activity and are domiciled for tax purposes in the European Union.
Scope
Activities linked to integration in a data space are funded, including:
- Identification of opportunities, selection of the data space and definition of use cases.
- Development of a business plan based on data sharing.
- Legal and regulatory analysis for the integration and review of regulatory compliance.
- Data preparation and creation of data products.
- Technical implementation: architecture, infrastructure and software adaptation, as well as connection to the data space and participation in use cases.
Amount
The aid covers up to 100% of the eligible expenses, with the following maximum amounts:
- Effective incorporation of a participant: up to €15,000.
- Advanced effective incorporation as a supplier: up to €30,000.
The total budget of the program is 60 million euros, which can be increased.
