What will we do for you if you decide to join us?
amec envasgraf is the official organizer of the Spanish Pavilion at Expo Pack Mexico 2026
If you want to avoid setbacks and enhance your visibility at the fair, we offer you to participate in the Spain pavilion (432m2) coordinated by amec envasgraf which includes the following services:
- Space management and contracting
- Information and advice on the fair
- Turnkey decoration project under the brand Spain, the decoration will be the same for the entire Pavilion.
- Proposal of transport provider with information on required documentation and deadlines for delivery of goods
- Accompaniment and assistance, before and during the event
- Digital promotion service: your Verified Profile on a landing page within the website promotion website; a Google Ads campaign to attract the highest number of leads; and promotion on social networks.

1,200 € + VAT for amec members

Digital promotion services (for companies outside the amec pavilion)
- Landing Page and Verified Profile: a specific website for the fair and a Verified Profile of your company to promote the Spanish participation in the Spanish Packaging Technologies sector website.
- Google Ads campaigns: boost your image and capture leads from potential distributors and buyers in the target market and others.
- Social Media Promotion: get visibility of your company on Spanish Packaging Technologies‘ LinkedIn page.
Digital Promotion Services Price:
275 € + VAT for amec members
550 € + VAT for non-members of amec
General conditions of participation
All the companies interested in participating in the pavilion organized by amec envasgraf must accept the following general conditions of participation:
- Due to payment conditions of the EXPO PACK organizer, all companies must pay 50% of the space in the month of July. The space will not be confirmed, nor will it be reserved, until this advance payment has been received. The remaining 50% will be paid during the month of November.
- All companies must participate with the homogeneous decoration of the country pavilion proposed by amec envasgraf and work with the official decorator chosen by amec envasgraf.
- The distribution of space within the island will be based on the following criteria: amec members, m2 contracted and seniority in the pavilion.
- Co-exhibitors must be notified in advance to amec envasgraf and will also pay the participation fee (with a 50% discount) while enjoying the same services and promotion as the rest of the exhibitors.
Management of ICEX assistance
Expopack Mexico 2026 is part of amec envasgraf’s program of sectorial promotion activities presented to ICEX Spain Export and Investment, according to which the maximum total amount of ICEX aid will be 53,352 euros*.
- The concepts eligible for support are space and decoration. The percentage of general ICEX support for the aforementioned concepts will be up to 40%.
- The management of the ICEX aid for group participation includes:
- Information about the fair.
- Information of decoration suppliers with the necessary specifications to receive the aid granted for the activity.
- Information on logistics and transportation suppliers.
