Offer: HR Admin & Payroll Specialist

This position aims to ensure the proper management of administrative processes related to personnel administration and all actions related to the employee’s life cycle. The role is integrated in the Finance department and will work in coordination with external consultants and different internal areas, offering comprehensive support to both the organization and the people who are part of it.

Main functions

  • Manage the personnel administrative cycle, including payroll calculation and review, tax control and preparation of annual summaries, in collaboration with external consultants.
  • Process registrations, cancellations, contract modifications and legal leaves (maternity, paternity and IT), ensuring the correct documentation and legalization.
  • Coordinate the administration of private insurance, international travel and fleet of company vehicles.
  • Develop and update work schedules, oversee the use of HR applications and keep the personnel database up to date.
  • Collaborate in the definition and application of internal policies, as well as in matters of occupational risk prevention, health and judicial or union procedures.
  • Manage the opening, follow-up and closing of training periods through FUNDAE.
  • Propose improvements in administrative processes and collaborate with other areas to optimize personnel management.

What are the requirements?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions, preferably in an administrative office.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or University Degree in Administration, Labor Relations or similar.
  • English level B2, with the ability to communicate fluently in professional environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
