Why not miss it?
The publication of Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 on horizontal cybersecurity requirements and Regulation (EU) 2024/1698 on Regulation (EU) 2024/1698 on artificial intelligence redefines the requirements applicable to manufacturers and product managers in the European market.
Both texts, already in force and with progressive implementation schedules until 2026 and 2027, have a direct impact on technical documentation, risk analysis and instructions for use linked to machinery regulations.
This training will allow you to anticipate new regulatory requirements, understand their interaction with CE marking legislation and adapt your documentation processes before the requirement becomes fully mandatory.
Sign up for training: Technical writing - Instructions for use - CE marking - advanced level!
What benefits will you get?
- Upon completion, you will be able to design and manage the instructions for use as a true strategic product: in compliance with international technical directives and standards (A/B/C, ANSI, NFPA, NR12), aligned with risk analysis and adapted to the end user.
- You will master structured methodologies for creation, validation and effectiveness evaluation, as well as principles of controlled natural language and modular content management.
- In addition, you will acquire a practical vision on digitization of technical communication, transformation towards intelligent content chains and integration of advanced and artificial intelligence, strengthening the competitiveness, legal security and technological positioning of your organization in international markets.
Course content:
We will incorporate the notions of the new Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 on Horizontal Cybersecurity Requirements which is already in force (Publication of the Official State Gazette OJEU No. 2847 of November 20, 2024) and will be applicable as of December 11, 2027 (although some of its articles will already be applicable between June and September 2026) and which, as far as the Machinery Directive and the New Regulation are concerned, will be applicable as of December 11, 2027 (although some of its articles will already be applicable between June and September 2026).
We will also incorporate the notions of the new Regulation (EU) 2024/1698 on Artificial Intelligence which is in force since June 13, 2024 (Publication of the Official State Gazette OJEU No. 1689 of July 12, 2024) and will be applicable from August 2, 2026 (although some of its articles will already be applicable from February 2025) as regards the Machinery Directive and the new Regulation in reference to the technical information documents (risk analysis, technical documents, instructions for use, etc.).
