Why not miss it?
The integration of safety in design is no longer just a technical good practice, but a regulatory requirement reinforced by the Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 and Regulation (EU) 2024/1698which have a direct impact on risk assessment, technical documentation and the design of control systems.
This training connects the legal framework of CE marking with the practical application of key standards such as EN ISO 12100, ISO 13849 e IEC 62061providing a structured view from hazard identification to functional safety validation.
In an industrial context where technical and legal responsibility lies with manufacturers and integrators, mastering this process is crucial to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Sign up for training: Risk analysis - CE marking - advanced level!
What benefits will you get?
- Upon completion, you will be able to perform step-by-step risk assessments with sound and defensible methodology, apply safe design principles, correctly select safeguards and protective devices, and technically justify the risk reduction adopted.
- You will understand how to size and validate the functional safety of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems according to international standards, and how to write a technically consistent risk analysis aligned with the new European requirements.
- This translates into greater technical solvency, reduction of incidents and non-conformities, and a tangible improvement in the safety, reliability and positioning of your industrial projects in the European market.
Course content:
We will incorporate the notions of the new Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 on Horizontal Cybersecurity Requirements which is already in force (Publication of the Official State Gazette OJEU No. 2847 of November 20, 2024) and will be applicable as of December 11, 2027 (although some of its articles will already be applicable between June and September 2026) and which, as far as the Machinery Directive and the New Regulation are concerned, will be applicable as of December 11, 2027 (although some of its articles will already be applicable between June and September 2026).
We will also incorporate the notions of the new Regulation (EU) 2024/1698 on Artificial Intelligence which is in force since June 13, 2024 (Publication of the Official State Gazette OJEU No. 1689 of July 12, 2024) and will be applicable from August 2, 2026 (although some of its articles will already be applicable from February 2025) as regards the Machinery Directive and the new Regulation in reference to the technical information documents (risk analysis, technical documents, instructions for use, etc.).
