Integral Plus Program (Catalonia)

PIMEC, in collaboration with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC), promotes the Integral Plus Program, a line of aid aimed at promoting the hiring of unemployed people with special difficulties in accessing the labor market. The objective is to facilitate job placement in companies located in Catalonia.
Dates
Deadline to formalize new contracts: until July 1, 2026.
Beneficiaries
Ordinary companies located in Catalonia that need to incorporate personnel and meet the conditions of the program. Among the main requirements indicated are:
- Work center located in Catalonia.
- Formalize contracts with unemployed persons belonging to groups with labor insertion difficulties.
- The hiring must be done on a full-time basis.
- The person hired must participate in the training organized by PIMEC during working hours.
- The company must designate a reference person to monitor the program.
- Comply with the obligations of processing and justification of the grant.
Scope
Hiring may be aimed at profiles from different sectors and functional areas, among them:
- Administration
- Trade and customer service
- Logistics
- Manipulation
- Other profiles adjusted to the company’s needs
Amount
- Subsidy of up to 12,430.98 euros per contract.
- Eligible duration up to 18 months.
- Amount proportional to the working day and time worked.
- Payment in two phases: advance payment of 80% and final payment of 20%.
- A maximum of 10 subsidized contracts may be requested.
