Do you have a technology-based startup and want to move forward with more focus, better decisions and a stronger digital strategy?
From amec’s Acelera Pyme Office, we have opened the call to participate in a cycle of specialized mentoring for startups, designed to help young companies to prioritize, improve processes, integrate technology with criteria and accelerate their growth.
The program will feature Sandra Arcos as the main mentor. Through a personalized accompaniment, the selected startups will be able to work on their own business, digitalization and scalability challenges.
An opportunity to review your startup with an expert eye
This cycle does not propose a generic orientation. Each mentoring will be adapted to the stage of development of the startup, its sector, its business model and its current challenges.
The goal is for each project to emerge from the process with greater strategic clarity, better defined priorities and concrete actions to move forward.
What will be worked on during the cycle?
During mentoring, key areas for startups in the growth or consolidation phase can be addressed:
- Process digitization and operational optimization
Identification of critical processes, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through digital tools and BPM approaches. - Strategic integration of artificial intelligence
Realistic application of AI in productivity, automation, data analysis, marketing, customer service or decision support. - Business strategy and data-driven decision making.
Defining indicators, reading key information and using data to better guide business decisions. - Marketing and digital positioning
Review of the value proposition, digital channels, customer acquisition, visibility and market positioning. - Digital business scalability
Analysis of processes, technology, structure and capabilities needed to grow sustainably.
What does the program include?
The cycle combines an initial group session with individualized accompaniment:
- 1 initial group session in a 1-hour practical workshop format.
- 1 individual diagnostic and orientation session of 1 hour.
- 3 follow-up sessions of 45 minutes each.
- 1 individual 1-hour closing session of the cycle.
This format allows to move from the initial diagnosis to a practical follow-up, oriented to the real application in each startup.
In addition, amec’s Acelera Pyme Office will offer all participating startups personalized advice on grants and available public funding that may fit their projects, digitization needs and development phase.
Who is the target audience?
The call is aimed at technology-based startups that want to advance their digitization, improve their operations and strengthen their growth strategy.
To participate, the startup must meet one of these requirements:
- To be legally constituted and have a Tax Identification Number (NIF).
- Or be driven by a self-employed person with an ongoing technology project.
Cost of participation
The cost of mentoring is covered 100% by the Oficina Acelera Pyme program for selected startups.
