This session is designed to help AI generate real results in your company from day one.

The objective is for you to acquire practical and applicable day-to-day knowledge, aimed at increasing the productivity of professionals who work mainly with computers and documents: texts, spreadsheets, presentations and images, using tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.

During the session we will not only explain concepts and clear guidelines, but we will also work in a practical way, with exercises that will allow you to immediately apply what you have learned. You will learn by doing, not just by listening.

The work environment will be Microsoft 365, as it is the most widespread in companies.

  • For text and image content, no additional license is required.

  • For Excel, PowerPoint and document workflows, a license is required, and demonstrations will be conducted by the speaker.

  • AI applied to Microsoft Word
    Use of artificial intelligence to generate and improve Word documents. Practical demonstration by the speaker. License extension required.

  • Copilot in Excel
    How to use Copilot to perform advanced analysis, create formulas more quickly and organize data efficiently. Hands-on demonstration. License extension required.

  • Copilot in PowerPoint
    Development of presentations in an automatic and structured way with the help of Copilot. Practical demonstration. License extension required.
