From exploration to actual application of AI in customer relationships.

After a first session focused on sharing concerns, ideas and first experiences, we moved on to a more practical approach: how to actually apply Artificial Intelligence in customer and distributor relationship processes.

This second session is designed for companies that have already started the journey and are looking to go one step further. It will be a working space to share progress, contrast real problems and land solutions with the support of experts.

We will focus on tools that are already working, especially in data and documentation management, key to train intelligent agents and improve efficiency in customer service and attention.
