Call for grants to support projects aimed at decarbonizing production processes in the manufacturing industry, through investments that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve energy efficiency or incorporate clean technologies.
The application period will open on February 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will end on February 13, 2026 at 2:00 p. m. (Spanish peninsular time).
They can be beneficiaries:
Private commercial companies with their own legal personality, of any size, with industrial activity in Spain.
State trading companies with industrial activity.
Groupings of companies without legal personality, organized around a main industrial facility.
Energy service companies (ESCOs) investing in industrial facilities.
The entities must be tax resident or have a permanent establishment in Spain and meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases.
Funding will be provided for primary projects integrated in a tractor project related to:
Direct emissions reduction through electrification, use of renewable hydrogen, fossil fuel substitution, heat recovery or energy digitalization.
Substantial improvement in energy efficiency.
Renewable energy installations for self-consumption.
Energy storage.
Production of low-carbon fuels for self-consumption.
Capture, use or storage of CO₂.
The total budget of the call amounts to 329,741,822 euros in the form of grants.
The maximum grant per tractor project can reach up to 200 million euros.
The maximum aid intensities vary according to the type of action, with percentages of up to 30%, 45% or 60% in certain cases, and may be increased by 10 percentage points for small companies and 5 percentage points for medium-sized companies.
