amec alimentec offers you a range of services to enhance your participation in FISPAL 2026
Transportation service
- The transportation service includes:
- Finding, negotiating and coordinating with a reliable carrier
- Preparation of a general quotation with the possibility of grouping goods among several companies to save costs.
- Individual shipment tracking for each company
- Supervision during the transport of machinery at trade fairs[1].
Price: 400€+ VAT for amec members/800€+ VAT for non amec members.
Decoration service
- The decoration service includes:

- Finding, negotiating and coordinating with a reliable contractor
- Elaboration with the contractor of a general decoration proposal (customization allowed).
- Follow-up of each company’s individual project
- Supervision during assembly saves you from having to move ahead of time![2]
Price:400€ + VAT for amec members/800€+ VAT for non amec members.
Digital promotion service
- The digital promotion service includes:
- Landing Page and Verified Profile: a specific website for the fair and a Verified Profile of your company to promote Spanish participation in the sector’s website. Spanish Technologies for Food.
- Google Ads campaigns: boost your image and capture leads from potential distributors and buyers in the target market and others.
- Promotion through Social Networks: get visibility of your company on the LinkedIn page of Spanish Technologies for Food.
Price: 275 € + VAT for amec members/550€ + VAT for non-members

Deadline for contracting services: February 28, 2026
[1] [ 2] It will be necessary to hire a minimum of 4 decoration and/or transportation services to be able to offer accompaniment during the fair by amec alimentec staff.
Management of ICEX assistance
amec alimentec will ask ICEX to include this activity in its 2026 Sector Plans to support companies, subsidizing space and decoration costs [1][2].
- The percentage of general ICEX support for the aforementioned concepts will be up to 40%.
- The management of the ICEX aid for group participation includes:
- Information about the fair.
- Information of decoration suppliers with the necessary specifications to receive the aid granted for the activity.
- Information on logistics and transportation suppliers.
