Decoration service
- The decoration service includes:
- Finding, negotiating and coordinating with a reliable contractor
- Elaboration with the contractor of a general decoration proposal (customization allowed).
- Follow-up of each company’s individual project
- Supervision during assembly saves you from having to move ahead of time!
Price:400€ + VAT for amec members/800€+ VAT for non amec members.

Transportation service
- The transportation service includes:
- Finding, negotiating and coordinating with a reliable carrier
- Preparation of a general quotation with the possibility of grouping goods among several companies to save costs.
- Individual shipment tracking for each company
- Supervision during the transport of machinery at the trade fair
Price: 400€+ VAT for amec members/800€+ VAT for non amec members.

Promotion service
- Landing Page and Verified Profile: a specific website for the fair and a Verified Profile of your company with catalogs, images, etc. to promote your participation in the Spanish Packaging Technologies sector website.
- Google Ads campaign: boost your image and capture leads from potential distributors and buyers in the target market and beyond.
- Social Media Promotion: get visibility of your company on Spanish Packaging Technologies‘ LinkedIn page.
- On-site promotion: promotional and advertising materials inside the fairgrounds
- Networking actions: meeting between companies to detect synergies and points of collaboration.
Price of Digital Promotion Services:
900 € + VAT for amec members/1.800 € + VAT for non amec members.

In addition…
- If you are unable to attend the space allocation meeting with the trade show organizer, hire one of our services and we will come for you!
- By contracting our services we will also solve all your doubts and keep you up to date with our alerts and key dates service.
Terms of service
- It will be necessary to contract a minimum of 4 decoration and/or transportation services among all the companies in order to be able to offer accompaniment and supervision at the fair.
- A minimum of 7 promotion services must be contracted among all the companies in order to be able to offer the promotion service.
- In case of unilateral cancellation by the company, the amount of the service will not be refunded.
- amec envasgraf will organize an informative session with the companies to present the transport and decoration projects and to solve doubts and questions. The exact date will be communicated at a later date.
