Subsidies for productive investment projects (Catalonia)
Subsidies to promote industrial investments for the creation of new production plants or for the improvement or implementation of new production processes that contribute to the maintenance or net increase of employment in the companies.
Dates
The application period opens on March 10, 2026 at 9:00 am and ends on April 22, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
Beneficiaries
Industrial companies with Catalan Classification of Economic Activities (CCAE) codes 10 and 11, and from 13 to 32, which have operational headquarters in Catalonia or are newly established companies in this territory, can benefit from this aid.
Among other requirements, the applicant companies must have at least 50% of the project financing already secured, either through their own resources, formalized bank financing or capital contributions from third parties.
Scope
The grants finance industrial investment projects that include:
Creation of new production plants.
Improvements or new production processes in existing facilities that imply maintenance or net increase in employment.

Eligible expenses include:
Machinery directly related to production processes.
Engineering of the production process associated with the investment.
Software linked to productive investments.
Necessary installations and civil works related to the start-up of the machinery or production processes (up to a maximum of 20% of the investment).
Amount
The subsidy can reach up to 20% of the eligible investment, with a maximum of 500,000 euros per project.
To be eligible for assistance, the minimum project investment must be:
100,000 euros for micro, small and medium-sized companies.
1,000,000 euros for large companies.
The call for proposals has a maximum amount of 37,628,660.23 euros.
