Your mission will be to drive and develop commercial growth by identifying and monitoring new business opportunities, prospecting potential customers, and offering the customer technical advice tailored to their needs, consolidating and building customer loyalty. What are the requirements?

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Market research and development, identifying potential customers, detecting their needs, as well as promoting the changes or improvements required by customers.
  • Conduct international trade visits.
  • Attending trade fairs and industry events to strengthen our presence in the market.
  • Analyze the competition.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, business opportunities, and sales follow-up.
  • Generate detailed reports and follow up at each stage of the process.
  • Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers, providing personalized service and constant attention.
  • Technical advice to customers, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions to each type of project, providing high quality response to queries, in collaboration with internal technical departments.
  • Develop business opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to show the features and advantages of Tapla solutions.
  • Prepare sales and sales activity reports for the steering committee.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends.

We are looking for someone who wants to work with rigor, enthusiasm and involvement. In addition, someone who can contribute:

  • Higher education, preferably in industrial engineering, automotive, materials or similar, or training in International Trade, International Business or similar.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Highly customer oriented person, communication and negotiation skills and long term vision.
