Training: Leadership for technicians

Why not miss it?

What happens when our technical staff must manage teams? Technical trainings do not include training for leaders, when we promote our technical staff and they manage teams, we must train them in leadership.

With this training we offer the fundamentals of leadership with models, guidelines and tools that enable participants to build trust, motivate, delegate, commit and prioritize.
