data-contrast=\"auto\">tractor projects<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">which must consist of a new industrial facility or a complete production line integrated into an existing plant, capable of producing end products from raw materials without the use of fossil fuels (except in exceptional cases such as start-up or emergency equipment).<\/span> <br><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Each project shall avoid at least <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5,000 tons of CO\u2082 equivalent per year.<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span
