El Salvador is also committed to strengthening intellectual property measures, as well as facilitating access for<strong> U.S. industrial and agricultural goods.<\/strong> <\/p><ul><li>White House: Joint Statement on Framework for United States-El Salvador Agreement on Reciprocal Trade (2025)<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefings-statements\/2025\/11\/joint-statement-on-framework-for-united-states-el-salvador-agreement-on-reciprocal-trade\/\">https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefings-statements\/2025\/11\/joint-statement-on-framework-for-united-states-el-salvador-agreement-on-reciprocal-trade\/<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br>Guatemala<\/strong><\/h5><p>The agreement provides for tariff reductions for Guatemalan goods, including exports not available in the U.S. or CAFTA-DR products. <strong>Guatemala is subject to a 10% reciprocal tariff.<\/strong><\/p><p>The country is committed to eliminating restrictions on remanufactured goods, improving market access for U.S. <strong>agricultural products <\/strong>, and adopting U.S. technical standards, especially in <strong>automotive, medical and pharmaceutical products<\/strong>. In addition, Guatemala agreed to restrict access to government procurement for suppliers from countries without trade agreements. <\/p><ul><li>White House: Joint Statement on Framework for United States-Guatemala Agreement on Reciprocal Trade (2025)<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefings-statements\/2025\/11\/joint-statement-on-framework-for-united-states-guatemala-agreement-on-reciprocal-trade\/\">https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefings-statements\/2025\/11\/joint-statement-on-framework-for-united-states-guatemala-agreement-on-reciprocal-trade\/<\/a><\/li><\/ul><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br>Argentina<\/strong><\/h5><p>The agreed framework includes tariff reductions for Argentine goods, especially natural resources not available in the U.S. and non-patented pharmaceuticals. Implementation will be through the incorporation of selected products from the PTAAP list (Potential Tariff Adjustments for Aligned Partners, a list of products introduced in Executive Order 14346 of September 2025<strong>,<\/strong> which identifies goods that could receive a 0% reciprocal tariff in the future, provided the country meets certain requirements). <strong>Argentina maintains a 10% reciprocal tariff.<\/strong> <\/p><p>Argentina agrees to offer preferential market access for U.S. exports, including <strong>medicines, machinery, agricultural products and vehicles<\/strong>.
