It is necessary to fill out one per person. The bonus cannot be applied if the worker is self-employed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amec.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/solicitud-de-inscripcion-del-trabajador.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Download application form<\/span>.<\/a>   <\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>RTL Information and RLT Report ( <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">only in the case that your company has legal representation of workers)<\/span>: It is mandatory to inform the RTL of the training to be carried out and that it issues a favorable report in order to be able to apply the bonus. Once completed, send it to us by mail.   <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amec.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/modelo-informacion_informe-RLTempresas_26.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Download document<\/a><\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Entrustment Contract <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">(only in case it is the first time that we process the Fundae)<\/span>: The company must sign this contract so that we can process the bonus before the FUNDAE. It must be signed telematically (with digital signature). Once signed you send it to us by mail. We will send it back to you signed by the association so that you can have it too. <a title=\"contract-of-commendation.docx\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amec.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/contrato-de-encomienda.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Download contract<\/span><\/a>.   <\/li><\/ul><div> <\/div><p class=\"title_with_yellow_after\"><b>3.
