supporting SMEs in the protection of their industrial and intellectual property rights by partially reimbursing the costs associated with the registration of these rights.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69077f52 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget enterprises<\/strong> established in the <strong data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1163\">European Union and Ukraine<\/strong> are eligible for this assistance.<\/p><p>The application may be submitted by the owner of the company, an employee or a duly authorized external representative. Companies that have been beneficiaries in previous editions may reapply in 2026. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-526f0e2e data-end=\"1618\"><p data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1618\">Trademark and design registration<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1668\"><p data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1668\">National and European patent applications<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1791\"><p data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1791\">Intellectual Property Pre-diagnosis Services (IP Scan)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bf1df6a elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"6bf1df6a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div claim reimbursement of costs, with the following maximum amounts:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2219\"><li data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"1979\"><p data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"1979\">Trademark or design voucher: up to 700 euros<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2066\"><p data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2066\">National patent voucher and prior art search: up to 1,000 euros<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2136\"><p data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2136\">Voucher for European patents and legal costs: up to 2,500 euros<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2431\">The program saves up to 75% on IPR applications and up to 90% on IP pre-diagnosis services, depending on the country or region.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b08e9b1 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\"
