take the form of a commercial company, have their registered office or place of business in Spain and have been in existence for at least four years.<\/p><p>Companies must meet ICO&#8217;s general financing requirements and be affected by changes in the global tariff environment.<\/p><p>In general, they must have audited annual accounts for the last two fiscal years, although those companies that provide a guarantee of 100% of the transaction granted by a Mutual Guarantee Company may also be eligible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d60308d elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"4d60308d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" financing:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"2105\"><li data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1602\"><p data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1602\"><strong>Tangible assets<\/strong>, such as land, industrial buildings, technical installations, machinery, technological equipment, furniture or renewable energy installations.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1790\"><p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1790\"><strong>Intangible assets<\/strong>, including research and development expenses, software, databases, industrial property, training, brand development or prospecting for new markets.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1926\"><p data-start=\"1793\" data-end=\"1926\"><strong>Financial assets<\/strong>, such as the acquisition of corporate holdings or treasury stock to facilitate generational replacement.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"2014\"><p data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"2014\"><strong>Working capital linked to the investment<\/strong>, up to a maximum of 30% of the project.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2105\"><p data-start=\"2017\" data-end=\"2105\"><strong>Consulting fees<\/strong>, credit rating and commissions associated with the financing.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47ceb72d elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"47ceb72d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The loans have a minimum amount of 50,000 euros<\/strong>, with no established maximum, and can finance up to 80% of the investment, or 100% in the case of certain consulting expenses.<\/p><p>The amortization period is between 5 and 10 years, with the possibility of a grace period of up to 2 years.<\/p><p>The line incorporates a 100 basis points bonus on the market interest rate and may include a non-refundable tranche of up to 30% of the nominal value of the transaction, with a maximum of 200,000 euros, subject to compliance with the established requirements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
