The difficulty in finding qualified technical profiles, the mismatch between available training and the real needs of companies and the growing global competition for talent are directly impacting the development of the industrial sector. <\/p><p data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"1025\">In this context, <strong data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"654\">amec<\/strong>, together with <strong>CEOI-AEIC<\/strong>, <strong>FEMCAT<\/strong>, Foundation for Industry, presents the <strong data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"767\">Report on Industrial Talent in Catalonia<\/strong>, prepared in collaboration with <strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"810\">KPMG<\/strong>, which analyzes the current situation of talent in the industry, identifies the main gaps and raises possible lines of action to strengthen the sector&#8217;s ability to attract and develop professionals.<\/p><p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1290\">During the session, the <strong>main results of the report<\/strong> will be presented <strong>and a space for dialogue will be opened with companies that have participated in the study<\/strong>, with the aim of sharing experiences and reflecting together on the
