grants:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1428\"><li data-section-id=\"ypx2gi\" data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1280\">Individuals with residence and tax domicile in Spain.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1o3g1xa\" data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1321\">Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).<\/li><li data-section-id=\"kvl5p6\" data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1428\">Large companies and other private non-profit entities, in the case of the international program.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1782\"><br>In all cases, applicants must belong to the private sector and meet the requirements established in the call for proposals, including being up to date with their tax and social security obligations, as well as complying with the de minimis aid regulations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e9cd5e8 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"e9cd5e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1861\">The call is structured in two different programs:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"2484\"><li data-section-id=\"14j1ftw\" data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"2210\"><strong data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"1891\">International program<\/strong>: aimed at promoting the protection of Spanish inventions abroad. It finances costs derived from the extension of patents or utility models in other countries or in international systems, including procedures such as application, search, examination, grant, European patent annuities or validations. <\/li><li data-section-id=\"7qziqh\" data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2484\"><strong data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2235\">National program<\/strong>: aimed at promoting the protection of inventions in Spain. It includes the financing of patent and utility model applications, as well as the report on the state of the art and substantive examination. <\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2672\"><br>In both programs, only actions whose expenses have been incurred within the periods established in the call for proposals are subsidized.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-324d654 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"324d654\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7cd331 elementor-widget elementor-element-3d2459c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d2459c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2674\" data-end=\"2842\">The grants consist of <strong>financing a percentage of the official fees paid<\/strong> by the applicants for the different eligible procedures.<\/p><p data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"3120\">The call has a total budget of 5,300,000 euros and is granted <strong>on a competitive basis<\/strong>, which means that applications will be evaluated and compared with each other to determine the granting of aid.<\/p><p data-start=\"3122\" data-end=\"3347\">In addition, <strong>these subsidies are considered de minimis aid<\/strong>, so that the total cumulative amount per company may not exceed 300,000 euros over a three-year period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e4e0b0f elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\"
