as banning the sale of certain goods to Kyrgyzstan.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c98bfd6 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"3c98bfd6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" after the Druzhba pipeline was repaired.<\/p><p>The package includes the listing of <strong>120 additional individuals and entities<\/strong>, representing the largest round of individual sanctions in two years.<\/p><h5><strong>1. Trade Measures: Exports and Imports<\/strong><\/h5><p>Documents: OJ L 2026\/508, OJ L 2026\/506.<\/p><p>This package introduces additional trade restrictions valued at close to one billion euros in aggregate, with the aim of further cutting off the supply of goods that sustain the Russian military-industrial complex.<\/p><p><strong>New products banned for export to Russia<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Technology and materials for the military effort (Annex VII):<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Energetic and explosive materials:<\/strong> Amatol, nitroglycol and picryl chloride.<\/li><li><strong>High performance lubricants<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Laboratory equipment:<\/strong> Laboratory, hygienic or pharmaceutical glassware (including graduates).<\/li><li><strong>Specific Chemicals:<\/strong> Toluene diisocyanate in any isomeric form.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Goods for the improvement of industrial capacity (Annex XXIII):<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Machinery and transport:<\/strong> Industrial tractors with an engine power exceeding 130 kW (except power tillers or common agricultural tractors).<\/li><li><strong>Rubber and articles thereof:<\/strong> natural rubber, balata, gutta-percha, vulcanized rubber thread and cord, rubber clothing and accessories (except certain gloves) and hard rubber (ebonite).<\/li><li><strong>Articles of metal and tools:<\/strong> screws, bolts, nuts, rivets, cotters and cotter pins, of iron or steel; cast iron or steel castings; tooling inserts, rods and tips of cermets; wires and electrodes for soldering, brazing or welding of metal. <b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"597\">CN codes: 7304, 7305, 7306, 7318, 7325, 8207 13 00, 8207 19 10, 8209, 8311.<\/b><\/li><li><strong>Chemical and industrial products:<\/strong> Organo-inorganic compounds, heterocyclic compounds with oxygen heteroatoms and natural or artificial abrasives on various supports.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br>Anti-Circumvention Tool (Kyrgyzstan Case)<\/strong><\/p><p>For the first time, the sale to the <strong>Kyrgyz Republic<\/strong> of specific products is prohibited due to the extreme risk of systematic re-export to Russia for the manufacture of missiles and drones:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Machining centers<\/strong> for metal working. <strong>NC code 8457 10.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Telecommunication apparatus<\/strong> for the reception, conversion and transmission of voice, images or data (routers, modems and switching equipment). <strong>CN Code:<\/strong> <b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"203\">8517 62.<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br>New import bans from Russia<\/strong><\/p><p>The EU restricts the entry of goods that generate strategic income for the Kremlin: <strong>metals and minerals<\/strong>, <strong>raw materials and chemicals<\/strong>, vulcanized rubber goods and tanned or dressed furskins.<\/p><h5><strong>2. Individual Sanctions and Additional Listings<\/strong><\/h5><p>Documents: OJ L 2026\/504, OJ L 2026\/509.<\/p><p>This section represents the largest round of individual listings in two years, targeting actors who support the Russian war effort or commit reprehensible acts in occupied territory.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br>3. Energy Sector and &#8220;Shadow Fleet&#8221;.<\/strong><\/h5><p>Documents: OJ L 2026\/508, OJ L 2026\/506.<\/p><p>The package introduces measures to reduce hydrocarbon revenues, especially attacking the ecosystem that circumvents price caps.<\/p><h5><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br>4. Financial Services and Cryptoassets<\/strong><\/h5><p>Documents: OJ L 2026\/508, OJ L 2026\/506.<\/p><p>It seeks to intensify Russia&#8217;s financial isolation and close evasion avenues through digital assets and alternative messaging systems.<\/p><ul><li>Ban on transactions with <strong>20 additional Russian banks<\/strong>,<\/li><li>Sanctions on <strong>financial institutions in third countries<\/strong> (Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Azerbaijan and Armenia)<\/li><li>Veto on the use of the <strong>RUBx<\/strong> cryptocurrency (ruble-backed stablecoin).<\/li><\/ul><h5><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">_<\/span><br><strong>5.
