Foresight initiatives such as the amec Observatory help us to obtain a forward-looking view of the current and future economic evolution of the industrial sector. The annual reports on the economic outlook, market prospects and the strength of internationalization stand out for their strategic usefulness and contribute to our decision-making, consolidating amec as a key reference for the industry and its international activity.

Our participation in the amec Forum has deeply inspired us in raising awareness and capturing ideas on important topics such as talent, anticipating change and digital transformation. All of this has been of great use to us in driving forward-looking initiatives and taking advantage of new opportunities in an increasingly dynamic environment.

ADAPTABILITY

Adaptability is the capacity to apply modifications quickly and flexibly with the objective of moving, with the least possible negative consequences, in the face of a change in the environment.

amec's training not only enables us to adapt quickly, but also provides us with learning tailored to the demands of our industrial company. In addition, their in-company training has helped us to successfully address issues for the integral development of our team.

As an industrial SME in the bathroom and kitchen sector, our participation in governing bodies and other amec activities and events allows us to be quick and flexible in the face of changes in the environment. Being alongside other large companies in the sector and the industry in general, makes it easier for us to keep up to date, adapt and capture ideas to take advantage of new opportunities and face challenges in an increasingly dynamic business environment.

COLLABORATION

Collaboration goes beyond the exchange of knowledge or experiences. It is about putting efforts to achieve a common goal.

Participating in the knowledge transfer dynamics facilitated by amec has not only expanded our network, but has also connected us with like-minded industrial companies. By actively participating in these forums, we have developed collaborations in the field of product development and digitalization with other corporations that have allowed us to generate business opportunities for our company.

The events that amec organizes are excellent. They are bubbles of good vibes where you have the chance to meet people and opportunities for collaboration arise.

GLOCALIZATION

Glocalization is the union between elements of the local world and elements of the global world in order to adapt to the specific peculiarities of each place.

amec has been the main vehicle that has allowed our international development. We are currently present in different countries around the world and we consider ourselves a totally glocal company.

In the amec Talent Technical Committee in which I participate, topics that broaden horizons are raised, including glocalization. Initially, I thought that this factor was not aligned with our company, given that we do not have any foreign locations. However, by participating in the Commission, I realized that we could apply this concept with the commercial agents we have working remotely in other countries around the world. Through my participation in the Commission, I have had the opportunity to contrast and share valuable information with other companies.

SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainability is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising future needs.

In an ever-changing world, belonging to amec has transformed our vision of sustainability. Today, sustainability has become a fundamental factor for our company, in large part thanks to impactful experiences such as amec Open Days and other networking sessions. We can affirm that sustainability is in our company's DNA, having been recognized, among others, with the EcoVadis gold medal.

Participating in industry activities as members of amec amelec's board of directors and other governing bodies such as the Sustainability Technical Commission, establishes a bond of trust with companies in our sector and others, fostering an environment conducive to sharing knowledge and defining the steps to be taken to incorporate sustainability into the business strategy. The amec environment not only facilitates, but also enhances the ability to address such an important issue in an organized manner, allowing us to adapt and anticipate effectively.
