Digital promotion services

  • Landing Page and Verified Profile: a specific website for the fair and a Verified Profile of your company to promote Spanish participation in the sector’s website. Spanish Solutions for Smart Cities
Digital Promotion Services Pricing*:

275 € + VAT for amec members
550 € + VAT for non amec members

Logistics services

  • Transportation: proposal and coordination with the transportation provider and follow-up of the service before and during the fair.

Price: 350€+ VAT for amec members / 700 €+VAT for non-members.

  • Decoration: decoration proposal and coordination with the contractor and follow-up of the service before and during the fair.

Price: 350€+ VAT for amec members / 700 €+VAT for non-members.

600 + VAT members/1.300 + VAT non-members

A minimum number of logistic services will be required to provide accompaniment at the fair and assistance during assembly/disassembly.

Management of ICEX assistance

The maximum aid allocated by ICEX in the 2026 Sector Plan for this activity is 17,670.00 euros. The percentage of general ICEX support for the concepts of space rental and decoration will be up to 30%.
