What does the mission include?
Personalized meeting agenda
Each participant will be provided with a agenda of meetings designed according to their business objectives, facilitating direct contact with distributors, strategic partners and potential customers.
The agenda will be carried out from the Spanish commercial offices in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan..
Networking event among members
amec will organize a dinner within the framework of the mission to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the participants.
A local agent with knowledge of the market will be involved.
Comprehensive logistical support
Presentation of travel itinerary. Proposal of hotel and joint flights by amec but the cost of which will be covered by each participant. the cost of which will be covered by each participant.
Coordination of private transportation if necessary.
Assistance in the processing of visas and necessary documentation.
Coordination of the interpreter service: since the main language is not English, we offer specialized interpreters to facilitate fluent communication in every meeting.

Price
1.390EUR +VAT one country only (amec member companies)
1,990EUR +VAT two countries (amec member companies).
Selection criteria
The selection criteria will be based on the order in which applications are received.
The mission must include a minimum of 3 companies and a maximum of 5.
Cancellation
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise, amec reserves the right to cancel the reservation and assign the place to another company.
The aforementioned expenses will not be refunded for cancellations made less than four months before the start of the mission.
