  • Preliminary analysis (market, business model,...), financial feasibility plan and creation of the team of people responsible for the country/subsidiary project.
  • Understand the steps required to establish and manage foreign subsidiaries.
  • Identify the key aspects to be taken into account in regulatory compliance, control and reporting in foreign subsidiaries.
