Presentation of the Report: Industrial Talent in Catalonia

Talent has become one of the main challenges for industry competitiveness. The difficulty in finding qualified technical profiles, the mismatch between available training and the real needs of companies and the growing global competition for talent are directly impacting the development of the industrial sector.

In this context, amec, together with CEOI-AEIC, FEMCAT, Foundation for Industry, presents the Report on Industrial Talent in Catalonia, prepared in collaboration with KPMG, which analyzes the current situation of talent in the industry, identifies the main gaps and raises possible lines of action to strengthen the sector’s ability to attract and develop professionals.

During the session, the main results of the report will be presented and a space for dialogue will be opened with companies that have participated in the study, with the aim of sharing experiences and reflecting together on the challenges of industrial talent.

The conference aims to contribute to placing industrial talent as a strategic priority for the future of the productive fabric, reinforcing collaboration between companies, the education system and institutions.
