Networking session:
Best practices in job evaluation and remuneration policy

Introduction

How are industrial companies structuring their jobs, salaries and career plans? Find out from the amec Community.

Why are you interested?

Industrial companies are increasingly facing new challenges in talent management: salary transparency, pay audits, career plans and job classification.

However, many organizations find that they do not have a clear job structure, which makes it difficult to correctly define salaries, justify pay differentials or build coherent career paths.

What's in it for you?

Through real experiences we will learn how they are working on key aspects such as:

  • Job evaluation
  • Professional classification within the company
  • The construction of career plans
  • The relationship between responsibilities, functions and salaries
  • Preparing for pay audits and new pay transparency requirements
  • The importance of clear and coherent salary structures

The session will have a participatory format that will allow companies in the amec community to exchange experiences, share best practices and generate new ideas to improve talent management in the industry.
